I am jagdeep i am having a very bad experience at ramada jaipur. Housekeeping entered my room in my absence and when i asked manager he told me that its our hotel policy.when i asked him to give me in written that the housekeeping entered my room in my absence they refused.

I stayed at the Ramada INN in Torrance Ca, it was the worst hotel stay I've ever encountered. When we turned on the airconditioner my 13 year old astmatic daughter had a sever flare up from the dudt nasty vents, not to mention the entry door was off the tack and you could see out doors from the inside they refused to refund me because I did not give a 24 hour cancelation.They had no available rooms because they were booked but expected me and my dauhgters to remain in an unsafe unhealthy environment. Had I known my child would get severly ill I would never have booked the room. They have no manger on for days at a time and the staff all seem to be idiots. I called the Torrance Police Department While I was talking to the front desk clerk although this was not a criminal matter they could not beleive they were refusing to refund me. I contacted the corporate office on Friday 07/29 and still have not heard anything. I contacted teh Ramada Inn several time 08/01 to be put on a extended hold, they refuse to provide me the phone number to their insurance carrier to file a claim. I have already contacted the health department and will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. Will also take them to civil court if that's where this leads us. To top this off I was in town to bury my nephew who was murdered on 07/17. Horrible experience

We stayed at the Ramada Inn in Allentown/Whitehall PA and were very happily surprised. Ashley Falcon at the desk was wonderful and helped us with everything and with a smile! The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was great!!

I'm at the ramda inn in Cincinnati. This is the worst experience that I ever had in a hotel... I would not recommend my dog to stay in none of y'all hotels..

we have a bad experienced staying at one your hotels located in Queensburg, NY. The room was not clean the bath tub was filthy that we have to use towel to stepped on. Please, if no one have brought this into your attention someone in your corporation have to check as it will affect the other Ramada Inn. Thank you. Lilia Dross.

We was ripped off by your ramada inn , midtown, downtown Denver Colorado, we put a credit on file with them, they told us they would not charge it, we checked out next morning, paid cash, they said they couldn't print a receipt the printer was broke, they will email us one, I have her my email and we left, when we got to Las Vegas we tried using our credit card for our room and found out that ramada charged it anyway, we paid double for a terrible room, air was broke, anyway we want our money back on our credit card asap or we are going to the police and we are calling our attorney. I want someone to call us now, today to fix this! What your company did is stealing.

PARKING LOT IS RAT INFESTED!!!! Do not stay at the Ramada Carlsbad you less you don't mind rats falling on your car hood or being surrounded by a bunch of low life drug addicts. I stayed for 2 nights at the Ramada in Carlsbad, Ca. When I initially checked in I was given a small room. I have a service dog and there is a sign at check in stating how they are pet friendly and will gladly out you in a larger room so your dog can be comforter able. I was not put in a pet friendly room. However, the man at the desk nicely enough changed my room. Although it took him 3 tries to finally get the larger room. At least he finally got it rt and was nice about it. I forgot to mention the first room I was given did not even lock properly. The door appeared to have been kicked in or something.
Later that first night when I Was outside walking my dog I heard noises in the bushes. That's when I noticed that the trees that lines the parking lot were rat infested. I'm talking about rats everywhere. I moved my car. Then upon returning the second night after dinner I pulled into a parking spot and was scared to death when a rat fell from the tree above and in to my hood. I was so grossed out. I moved my car again and this time went up to the balcony outside my room and filmed for 15 mins the rat situation. I called the front desk and made the gentleman aware of the situation and he stated he would have the manager call me in he morning. No one ever called and after I checked out and went to my meetings I checked my voicemail and still no call. I decided to call and speak to the manager instead of waiting for her call.
I spoke to Leticia supposively the manager there. She was rude and basically acted as if I was lying. She stated she had been in the laundry room last night and didn't hear anything. Well, I told her to go stand under the tree tonight and tell me what she sees. She said no one else had complained. And She was very rude and I felt as if she thought I was lying.
I will NEVER stay here again. The breakfast sucks, staff is rude, pool is closed , rooms are dated and the parking lot is rat infested and the hotel is occupied by a bunch of SCANDOLOUS, low life drug addicts... So spend a little more money and stay some where else.

Stayed at the Romada at Holtsville, New York ,we booked 9 rooms for a wedding,this was the worst hotel I have ever been in,it's a section 8 hotel ,where they put homeless,people walking the hall all day and night,cooking in their rooms,rugs stained,blankets not clean,little pillows ,the desk was rude,and 150.00a night,they told my sister that we are asking the desk for to much stuff,like towels,soap,coffee,pillows,I would never tell anyone to stay at Romada,I'm very surprised because it's a Windom company,if you see or hear Romada run,don't stay,

I called Ramada Inn as instructed by the front desk, between 8x4 to reach the Banquet director to inquire about my daughter's sweet 16 party (100 people). Upon calling I was put on hold for 36 minutes. I hung up and dialed back and again was put on hold for another 23 minutes, and again, and again, and again. Finally, the 6th time, I demanded no hold but a manager, he got on the phone and said with deeseeded anger "SHE IS NOT HERE, THIS IS THE HOTEL,NOW NOT STOP CALLING profanity goes here but they told me to take it out". Then he hung up. I ofcourse, called back because I thought it was a joke. I got the same young attendant and I asked for the manager, and I heard in the background "JUST HANG UP ON THE profanity goes here but they wanted me to take it out". I hung up and called Cooperate HQ and found out that Ramada Inn is owned by one of the properties my husband and I own. Wyndam Resorts. So now I will not stand for this I am going to the top. This manager will not just get a slap on the back of his hand. He works for us. I will make sure he loses his job for insorbourdination and harassment. And I might add that Ramada Inn will back us up fully for the way I was talked to and cursed at like we were some kind of low life. Just read the reviews. Ramada Inn has a lot of issues with hiring managers. What are their standards when it comes it comes to hiring them. They need to be investigated because they are costing Ramada Inn thousands and thousands of dollars. Somebody is going to file a harassment law suit. Look what I went through today?

I m staying in ramada hounslow and his manager ashwin placed a racist comment on my 55 yrs old mother today just for just £10 parking charge as they have not mentioned at the time of booking nor he was apologetic for that comment. We just said that it was not parking charge was not informed at the time of booking nor any hotel charged us ever for car park. He staright away said" this is UK lady" and we charge for the car park as if we dont know anything because we are from india. When i told him i am uk residents and i know what uk charge and what not he tried to change the topic. I must say this is the worst customer service i have ever received in my life. I really want to escalate it further and want someone to take action againt him. People like him spoiling the name of our country

I stayed at Ramada Inn east in Flagstaff,Az. When I was eating breakfast I saw a housekeeper come to the front desk girl and start yelling at her! That is very unprofessional I speak Spanish and understood everything she said to her! The manager needs to do something she deserves to be fired!! That is not ok to be disrespectful I will never stay at this Ramada again . Room was clean but very disrespectful housekeepers, I asked the same maid for some more toiletries she was with 2 other maids and she completely ignored me! They turned around and started saying something ! Ramada needs to do something maybe firing them, don't recommend this place to anybody!

Your Groton,CT location is in horrible condition. The lampshade has holes in it, one blanket stained, one has a burn hole the size of a quarter! The shower curtain was covered in mildew. I took photos it was so awful. Your desk clerk was rude! I will never stay at another Ramada again.

First of all my stay at the Ramada downtown Orlando Florida was not a pleasant stay at all the bathroom was unserviceable the toilet handle was broken I brought this to Lee front desk attention and they told me they would fix it the next morning they never did the room we stayed in smelled of mold and mildew it was very creepy did not like it at all they never got back to us to fix the toilet handle I would not stady again management did nothing the next day when I brought this to the attention upon checking out

Ramada Indianapolis Airport - disgusting, dirty and extremely rude front desk manager. Door lock was broken leaving me feeling unsafe, room smelled of smoke. Front desk unwilling to be responsive and due to a loss of possessions from room, also untrustworthy. Disgraceful.

Sending emails with pictures was useless with the email I was given. The hotel I stayed at needs to be torn down. The wall paper peeling in my room and bathroom. The door had metal plates where it looks like the door has been kicked in. The inside bolt was broke off and useless. The plug outlet for the heat/air unit was covered in black mold and mildew. My wife tripped on carpet in one of the main public areas where it is loose and wrinkled. The carpets in the halls were stained everywhere you looked. Part of the ceiling in the halls was part fallen in and the vast majority of the hall ceilings were water stained and the metal ceilings grids were rusted all over. The people working the laundry room were smoking in the laundry room with kids. Please send me a direct email I can send the 35 disturbing pictures to you and I want my money back. My youngest child has asthma and could not figure why she got sick in the room every night until I saw the plug outlet in the room my last day.

Ramada Inn as a corporation just wants to push off any problem calls on ANYONE else! I had a problem with the Van driver. I called the Hotel to complain & after speaking with a "Manager" with a terrible attitude I got nowhere. I called back to speak to the General Manager who was "out" or "in a meeting" each time I called. I left voicemails & did not get a call back. I called the Customer Service line & they took my complaint & told me that Hotel ownership will return my call. On day 6 the Gen. Mgr. finally called back. Saying he was out of town & just got my voicemails. REALLY? Just got them at 11:30 am the week after...I told him he was full of it because his staff told me he was around but in meetings. He had no response. I then called the Customer Service line again & one rep. was nice but gave me to a Supervisor to help. The Supervisor was the MOST USELESS of anyone in this whole situation! Ownership must be either STUPID or in total DENIAL about this property! Management SUCKS from the top down. I can't wait to let every Client I EVER HAVE know that Ramada Inn is NOT the place to stay ANYWHERE in the WORLD! They already don't have a great Reputation...it will only get WORSE!

Worst expiriance ever, no real help from front desk or anyone else first signs posted every where for breakfast buffet that is misleading to a free breakfast than we have a problem as we are checking out got a 20% off conformation number from winham hotels that we find our self going thru so much trouble to get that it in some way feels as not worth the trouble, I hope that this only happens to us and not anyone else. I will never stay in your hotels, I am very un happy with this situation.

Unbelievably rude night manager Clay. Noise from hotel restaurant fans outside bedroom window so loud it is impossible to sleep. This should have been disclosed. Totally unacceptable noise level, total lack of understanding, help, or empathy.

worse 3 days vaca ever as far as service. there was no communication between front desk and housekeeping every thing we needed we ended up going to the front desk. and to top it all off the first day the door at the ent hit my leg and I may have a blood clot. no door stops I say don't stay at the ramada in hagerstown md

The customer serviceat your BWI AIRPORT LOCATION WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED itstarted good gota a room at a great price go outside n wait on my courtesy van at these two spots at the airport how about I saw the van speeding pass me n my 4year old son we waited over an hr I called the hotel bak n sed hope you still got my room he sed no I just sold he did say he would get me another one and he did but itvwas another half hour sweet spoken il give him that the van driver on may 7th 2nd shift didnt even put a stepstool out for me I hurt my bak n I thought he just didnt have one come to find out he was just to lazy an also to lazy tostop at the 2nd stophow about he drove like a snail from the airport but speeded pass us and made us wait an hr I think ramada needsrevamped on customer service I let him lnow treat me like you wanna be treated LAZY!!!!!

I went online to try and book a room through tonsofhotels.com, I found the Ramada in Bordentown NJ. I check the site for room rates and came to a $70.00 King size bed, Refrigerator, with Jacuzzi. I clicked on that and registered for October 22 2013 leaving October 23 2013. When I got there I was told by the front desk person that I was registered to a regular room, when I questioned that I registered for a Jacuzzi room online and the total was $84.00 she told me that only the Suites had Jacuzzi's the rate was $180.00, I told her that was not what I registered for, since I did not sign in, I cancelled again saying this was not what was listed on line. They charged me a cancellation fee!! The cancellation fee should not be charged for this transaction, I did not sign in, the room was not what was listed, the price I paid for on line was not what Ramada had listed. I want my "cancellation fee" returned.
