We live in bowling green Ky and my daughter just got hired there 3 days now. She has never worked in a restaurant before. So long story short I got to pick her up today and the boss that hired her told her she don't get the register by Friday she has to fire her. What happened to teaching people to work and the young kids to work instead of 3 days okay your not fast enough time to go. That location stays busy and they need help, but the want teach anyone to do the work. I find disappointing in a restaurant we eat at. They need to give training lessons not every goes from one restaurant job to another. What happened to adults teaching kids to grow not your not good enough get out. All the people are rude employees and I don't blame them $7.25, $7.35 to $7.50 pay and I mean they are wrapped around the drive thru and inside full. Anyone know if I can do anything for them if they do fire her Friday cause she wasn't fast enough learn? The taco bell is Nashville Rd bowling green Ky. Thought they want people to work for them and grow the company, but it makes no since. Thanks

I would like to talk to someone about this matter I'm very upset about the service that I had to go through on this day of 08/07/2017 I went through the drive thru I ordered 5 items one of was a Mexican pizza and when I got home it was squashed at the bottom of the bag and I would have gone back to the restaurant to talk about the matter but I have been working late all week so I was to tired to get back to the store and get there safely so I called the restaurant to talk to someone about this matter and a gentleman answered the phone I upsetly went to tell him that that is not where it should have been and he hung up on me not only one time but three and when I got someone else to answer the phone I asked her what the name of the guy who was answering the phone name is she also hung up on me and I would like to talk to someone about this matter as soon as possible because this is not how a restaurant chain should be run.My name is Angela

I have always loved to eat at Taco Bell, but today was my last time to eat there. . Order tacos and very very little lettuce or meat couldn't ever taste it and she'll was all broke up and spicy tostada had a scoop of beans in the middle and a little lettuce and sauce , this is the last time .

We need a Taco Bell in Marshall, Illinois. We have McDonald's, Burger King, Subway, Arby's and Dairy Queen. We would like you to consider opening one here. Recently a Wendy's closed and the building is for sale. Make offer, It's just off hwy 70 in front of Walmart. We also don't have a KFC and I know you sometimes have them together. Please consider this. We only have a Mexican (generic) restaurant. And the nearest Taco Bell is about 20 miles.

I went to the taco Bell on lake Mead and stats. I ordered my son and mother's dinner and then I ordered mine. I ordered a chalupa meal and just asked if I could get the chalupas chicken and the manager came on the line and said no because they are in beef. I will never go back to that store again. And I paid with a debit card and got no receipt. WTH??

On 6/22/2017 I visited the Taco bell in Buda,Texas at 5:40pm. I ordered 3 beef crunch raps and 12 crispy Tacos. As I was waiting for my food, I noticed a female employee eating a soft taco while preparing food. I asked for a manager and asked her why that employee was eating and preparing my food. The manager then spoke to the employee and took over my order. I was going to let it go. But then I realized tgat she and another person was on the line. The employee was jn the middke. So at least one if them knew she was eating while preparing food. I also notice when my foid order was completed she steped back in line to prepate more foid without washing her hands and changing gloves.
I only want this to be a good traing situtation. Our health department makes spot checks while ordering as a cutomer. They coyld have been their ordering food and not me.

I stopped in your Taco Bell on June 19th for a morning breakfast and was confronted by a very smart mouth black lady when she kept asking me did i want any hashbrown potatoes and i kept saying no then she got upset and said i told you once in a very angry way at me and all i said that i was just lookin for some breakfast food which hard to see on the i side menu board when i started to walk out i just want to be as nasty as she was acting nor to kill my joy n happiness that morning
But i do feel that the people that work at Taco Bell in Peoria,il on Sterling needs to be trained on how yo greet help and talk to people and not have such a bad attitude toward the customers

I thought that as a franchise Taco Bell needed to charge the amount advertised on TV. I visited a Taco Bell in Reston VA on Saturday 06/17/2017. It was the first time I tried the Naked Chicken box. The cost was $5.00. I enjoyed it so much that today 06/19/2017 I drove to the Taco Bell, close to my home, at 4418 Chantilly Shopping Center, Chantilly, VA 20151. To my surprise I was charged $5.99 for the same box I ordered just two days ago. I ask if the box went up? I was told this location charges more because they are located in a business park. What's up with this. I was very disappointed about being charged am additional fee. Just to let you know that I am going to spread this word as fast as I can throughout all the social networks. I think you should have standards across the board and if a location doesn't want to abide with the rules they should lose there franchize. I hope to receive a response to this comment. Thank you very much!

Dear Customer Service,
The Taco Bell in Santa Clara,CA near Santa Clara University has lacked a ventilation system for about a year and a half, thus I was cold in the winter and hot in the summer.
The hot temps today motivated me not to patronize this site again- (my co-workers quit going to this sight last year) Ventilation systems break and repairs can be delayed but this site has never had any ventilation since I have patronized it.
I walked into a very hot building today, with employees trying to wipe the sweat rolling down their face and arms as they were preparing food- and I thought hmm... I really don't want their sweat in my food, the back door to the kitchen open to no avail I left and the one fan in the corner of the dining rooms was dirt,small and ineffective.
I thought Taco Bell prided itself on its customer service, cleanliness and respect for their employees; it seems that this is not the focus anymore.
I was a loyal customer....

I went to Taco Bell on W. 8 mile and Lahser put my order in through the drive in. Get to the window I tell them mild sauce, the gentleman said they don't have mild I told him to cancel the order! I have been there 4 times and no mild sauce! I was very disappointed! It's not the employees fault! I won't be going there no more! Wasting gas driving there!

I wanted Taco Bell to be aware. Your store in silsbee TX. Is doing a poor job. The service is not good at all. The employees are always messing around in back while there preparing food. Making you wait longer than you should for your food.
Also last night I went to your facility to order my dinner at 9:30pm and the person at drive through told me the manager said they were no longer taking any orders. The store didn't even close until 10:00pm.
The store I'm talking about is a Taco Bell and KFC store in silsbee Texas.

I was very upset when i went to taco bell for a free taco day 6/13 around 5:30 pm one of the workers stood in my face while other stoos in line and said everyone wants something free and how ahe was turning people away saying we're not giving out raco. Ao i askes another worker was that true he said no it is free raco tuesday. She went over with another worker prepaired a taco and begin to talk with the young lady about how peoples want everything free. If she didnt2 want to be a part of this event she should have stayed ar home. I felt like walking out that door and leaving that taco but i Snapchat her talking to her friend. I am leaving this message in reference to a order that I received on 613 2017 at 6:36 p.m. In Sulphur Louisiana 70663 Taco Bell 02999 2040 Ruth Street this is a complaint about an order I ordered a steak quesadilla it had five little pieces of Steak the rest was the tortilla I also ordered a crunchy taco there was less than a teaspoon of meat on the whole Taco the rest was a pile of lettuce and probably for little pieces of cheese order one my name is Melody Miller my number is do give me a call in reference to this order it was terrible service they had no napkins and I want to know what can be done .

I am very dissatisfied with my service tonight. For one, I had to come back so they can make it right. But they literally put 3-4 pieces of chicken with all that lettuce and sour cream and that pita bread. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I want to know why your Taco Bell on 5254 blueberry lane in Muskegon, Michigan is so slow 20 minutes in line for waiting four out food. Which was one order of chicken chips. Every time I go to that store orders are not right and have to wait more time than needed. Never get orders right. Not a very big crew workin there either poor management. Absolutely horrendous service, employees cutting up and ignoring 10 plus customers. When I finally had my chance to order the cashier gave me an ugly look and skipped to the person behind me while management watched and laughed. The time before this I was short changed and made to drive 28 miles round trip because the manager couldn't be bothered with counting the drawer to find my money until closing. I stopped going to taco Bell due to customer service. I recently tried to give it another chance and both times were treated like an idiot and ridiculed by staff and management being called "a whiny b****" 90% of the employees are on the police radar for drug activity. I am a business owner in the same town of less than 10,000 people, and I would terminate the entire staff and start over with fresh if they treated each other the way they treat customers. I have made it my new life's mission to share my experience with everyone that will listen about the way taco Bell in Savannah TN degrades their customer base and makes it clear that they feel like we are beneath them and not worth the 10 second interaction forced order taking. The restaurant is in horrible disrepair with visible cockroach infestation. When brought to management attention her response is that killing roaches is beneath her paygrade.

I just thought you'd like to know what happened here and why I will be advising my employees and family members to stay away. The employees steal food off your plate and treat you like second class (at best) citizens.

Please do not allow the store manager to contact me, however I expect a follow-up from your corporate representative to see how we can rectify this matter.

I ate at your restaurant at Oxford ohio and I will never ever eat there again do you ever check on your workers.There was a person that took my and my wife order he was so screwed up he could hardly stand. And the place was dirty I don't know where you get your help at but you should do a better job on screening your workers.just to let you know.And there was other people left because of your workers and the nasty eating area.Looks like we be finding a new place to eat.

Absolute Worst customer service! I am a supervisor at Goodwill and could Never phathom speaking to Anyone the way I was spoken to/ treated at the taco Bell on hoffner and semoran. I paid an extra $1.30 for extra shredded chicken and was barely given enough for 1 serving let alone 2 servings.I was mocked and made fun of while they were behind the line . When, asked to speak to the mod I found it was her that was one of the ones laughing and mocking me. I also, took a picture of the difference between the correct burrito and incorrectly made burrito. In, the end there were Never an apology made, no attempts to satisfy me( other than the correctly made burrito that came after them being nasty and mocking / laughing at me.) I left Both burritos after taking pictures of the clear difference for the fact I did not trust the workers after their deplorable behavior. Also, when I asked when the General Manager would be in I was told by the mod "oh, she won't be in for 3 days." I Will be in touch with cooperate. This, all took place Sunday/ may 20th at 11:19 am.

I find the ad that ran on Wheel of Fortune tonight in very bad taste. To insinuate a mother saying a bad word and then saying "your life is hell" is beyond bad taste. I will make sure to not go to Taco Bell and will talk about this to all I talk to. Beyond ridiculous. Taco Bell should take this ad off immediately.

I was in the Springboro Ohio store and it was very dirty where we sat to eat. When the employee cleaned he cross contaimate the tables, dumped the dust pan into the big trash can and made a mess, used the serving tray to push the garbage into the can. Emptied a small trash can and with his hand and wet rag pushed the trash down into the bigger Trash can. Then wiped down the tables. I was eating g while I watched this. I told the mgr but I do not think anything will happen since he wouldn't look at me while I was telling him what happened.

My ordertaker was very unattractive the whole way. I didn't receive a napkin or receipt wasn't asked if I wanted sauce. All my items weren't in my bag and my drink wasn't even full. When I called the manager was friendly and let me know my name was in the book and she could replace it. When I went to eat it I didn't like it so I thought I'll wait till lunch. I asked if I could get something of equal or less value and was told no. I said I will have the food in my truck I didn't even eat it. He said with your receipt I can refund your money. But no receipt was givin to me. That was one of my original complaints. I would just like my food please if you could help me. Thanks.
