Today I spoke with Ashley in the customer service department and want to report how pleasant and helpful she was., offering to do additional research to help solve my problem. This kind of interaction is worth thousands more than newspaper ads! I'm eager to do business with a company of such sincere personnel. Kudos to Ashley!

Sign says we sell propane. But they can't fill propane tank in Stillwater Oklahoma because "No one is qualified and we're all new". The store has been there for years.

In Grove, Oklahoma TSC, you have to order a heavy duty chain for ag use because it's not kept in stock.

Inept Management as I see it.
I don't think I'm ever going there again.

Hi Got a windchime from my son for my birthday March 20th. Troy Mo. Was where it was purchased. Not very happy. My husband returned it yest. Tags were still on it. wasn't going to work as it was too long and no place to hang it. We normally shop at Orshelein in Bowling Green. She gave my my husband the third degree about returning. Never offered a credit gift card or anything. He has to call my son to get card number and it was credited back to his account. Thanks for thcustomer service. We will go out of our way to shop anywhere but with you

I visited tractor supply in Kaufman Texas today I bought several hundred dollars of goods. I saw three 200 cc mini bikes out front and asked to speak to the manager, to possibly get a discounted price if I bought two, I spoke to shift manager Thomas. He said he could not discount if if two were purchased, I asked to speak to the store manager and he said he was.
We left and I called the Terrell store and spoke to Jackie and she said they were being discontinued and that she would call Kaufman store for me. She talked to Thomas and with her on the phone agreed to sell them to me at 700 dollars each, I told both of them I would return to the store in Kaufman and buy both. When we got back to store I spoke to Thomas again and said I wanted all three he told me he would only drop price 75.00 even if I bought all three that were there. Just wanted to let you know with the items I bought and the thee mini bikes it would be around twenty five hundred dollars to the store not to mention money we have spent already

I was in the walterboro South Carolina tractor supply today an awesome young man helped me. His name is John he told me that he loved working at tractor supply and that he is a nurse full time and does his fun job as he puts it at tractor supply. Not only did he get all the feed I needed, loaded it in the cart, he waited for me at the cash register to pay for my feed then he walked with me out to the truck pushing my car and loaded it in my truck. This I appreciate as my husband works at the Summerville SC tractor supply and it's the same type of employee. Boy so many people could learn a lot from this young man. Thank you John you made my day.

I would like to acknowledge two individuals for outstanding customer service. My need was to obtain an invoice for tax related materials from 2022. I called our Bastrop, Tx store and talked to Sonia. She gave me two customer service related numbers. I contacted the Customer Solutions Center and was connected to Tina Lee Norrick. Tina found the order and had to re-generate an invoice of my purchase. Exactly what I needed. Both of these women were friendly, courteous, and very customer service orientated. They are deserving of a raise, bonus or some type of reward for doing an excellent job, something unusual for this day and age.

Danville Virginia. I went there today around 3:15 pm to get some green supreme premium wood pellets. There was a employee name Bill he told me that they were put up for the season,and wouldn't help me. Another employee did and the pellets were outside and not up for the season. This employee Bill needs to be trained in products and where they can be found.

After your recent debacle with the filthy display, that was supposed to be family friendly, of disgusting transgender actions, I am totally shocked and offended! What has your company come to...?! I come from a farming family and have shopped at your stores for many years. No more! I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Farming families have always been concerned with their families and children and for them to be subjected to this display you feel is alright, is totally intolerable! Shame on you and your company!

I am actually extremely upset I went to buy turkeys and it said that the lowest you could buy is 10 so I bought 10 turkeys and they sent me one turkey and nine chickens I have plenty of chickens not to mention three of the chicks were Dead on Arrival I tried contacting them three days ago and I never got a call back I expected to have turkeys I would not have paid $60 for chickens when I have chickens I talked to the lady on the phone she said it was the Lone turkey special but it said it came in a 10 pack of turkeys who on Earth would pay $60 for turkeys for one turkey I do business with tractor supply all the time I buy all my feed from there I guess I'm going to have to find myself a new feed store

The store in Hamilton Alabama. 1500 Military Street STE 1 35570. The workers here we're super helpful and very sweet;Not just with customer satisfaction but also with customer service. I really wanna give credit to 3 of the top workers there. First is Machalea she was really nice and made sure that my shopping experience was her top priority. Next would be Allie she checked me out at the register she was so quick and efficient.

And lastly the best for last would be the male worker I do believe his name was Jason.
He was the BOMB! Oh boy! Was he helpful and super sweet. Really great customer service at this store. Probably the most I've seen in about 5 years to a decade. Of shopping here.

I am located in Southwestern Virginia. I wanted to comment on the wood pellets you have this year for pellet stoves. I purchased "Green Supreme" wood pellets this year and they are far superior to past brands I have purchased from you. Last year I purchase "Hardwood premium wood pellets" from Tractor Supply. The Green Supreme are 'whole' as opposed to 'broken'. They burn cleaner and longer than any other brand I have purchased from you. I hope you can continue to carry them going forward.

What has happened in Great Bend,Ks. Every one there seems to be on drugs, seriously drugs. Can't get help, nobody knows anything about the products, and service... forget that. I should of known better than to expect quick service, as almost everyone there is about 100 pounds overweight, sure they didn't get like that running circles around everyone. I will not return.

June 28th 2021 at 4:30 pm NO ONE answers the phone, curbside is supposed to be easy as parking and calling the number on the sign. However I tried calling a total of 10 times within 15 minutes and eventually had to go inside. What's the point of curbside?!?! I should learn my lesson, this location is absolutely horrid when it comes to efficient customer service and clutter free store. (Santa Fe TX on hwy1764)

I'm not sure why you even sell plants at your Harrisburg Pa. Store. Nearly all of them are in pathetic condition. Dozens of near dead citrus, frost bitten veggies and trees setting in waterlogged tubs for months on end.Obviously nobody has any understanding of plants..You guys are literally pissing away thousands of dollars. Get someone who understands plant care or stop doing something that you have no concern about as to quality...Geeeesh

At the tractor supply in Paul's Valley ok on Sunday april18 2021. Bought a 3000 dollar bad boy lawnmower and have been waiting quite a long time for the older lady working on the floor to come help us Bring us the key. She doesn't act like she cares about our time. Not gonna buy from this tractor supply again

Yesterday while I was shopping, not one associate cared about me. They were more concerned withthe cops at the store. Professional courtesy is non existent at that store. Immediate coaching needed.

When or you purchase a log splitter or heaters. Do not buy a extended warranty they at time of purchase will make you think it's a great thing to do But please do not they don't have anyone close to you to repair it been 3 weeks waiting on the warranty people to find a place to repair and the heater I bought had to give my money back because they don't even know where to take to repair (sad) and on the log splitter all the parts like the Koehler engine is not even with any other parts on the Spilter it's a nightmare to get help.my warranty on the heater they don't my warranty money back and tax's I payed on it just the purchase price I lost over a hundred dollars it's a very very bad decision to buy any extended warranty on anything there it's a nightmare ask and ask questions if you do it will save you a lot of trouble

Why cant the Bossier City la get the 40 lb producer pride mini laying pellets. It's a awesome item an easy to pick up. Every time we find a good product its discontinued or out of stock.

Turlock CA, go in for feed... no flat bed carts at cart corral, so I walk entire store, none, not even a customer with one, I go out to parking lot and there are not any there either. I ask an employee, they said they are all being used. A few minutes later another employee pulls one from the back of the store. And walks right past us..... please corporate do something about this store!
