i have been on hold over 2 hours crazy what is going on?

How do you actually talk to a person? This service is AWFUL. Two times, we have called. My husband was on hold for an hour, before someone finally answered. The problem was not resolved. Today, after an hour of waiting on hold, they disconnected me.

I have been on hold over an hour , not sure if my call will ever get answered. No hold time is given. Grrrrrr

you have one of the most corked websites in the country; I cant get your idiot information off of my computer; if you don't remove it within the next 30 minutes I will sue you on Monday for 5 million plus 5 million per day for each day it shows up on my computer; you have already cost me millions of dollars and I intend to collect from you

won't buy viper again, got a vireous and viper disappeared from my computer. when i tried to contact viper on the phone i was on hold forever. greg s

vipre sucks i want my money back my pc stop working when calling for help after holding for 1 hr just for someone to tell me they can't help me

Vipte will not work, i have a lifetime contract for

I am not happy at all. Granted I was the one who lost the vipre flash drive I had purchased from HSN. It was suppose to cover 10 computers for their lifetime. I have only used it on 2. I wanted to install it on my new laptop. Vipre said they can't hep me. HSN researched it & sent me a letter that confirms I did purchase vipre from them. I tried to contact Vipre again only to get stuck on hold for 45minutes before giving up. I only want what I have paid for!!!!

I Had Purchased Viper I Guess Back In Feb Of This Yr. I Am No Rookey When It Comes To It..... Very Yr Or So I Have To Change Security. I Own A Security Co, And My Files And Equipment Are Importnat To Secure. At First Viper Worked Well. (dont Get Me Wrong, I Need Good Defense As It Will Be Tested Far More Than The Average Consumer.) Two Months It Failed. And I Contacted A Women .. Head Of Her Dept. Sales I Dont Know, And She Said Everything Would Be Fine, I Would Up Load The Trial Version And It Seemed To Work , And Ran This Way For Three Months; Then It Stoped Trials Would Not Load Anymore. So I Loaded From My Disk And Activated It,(viper)! I Do Alot Online,even Getting A Medical Degree. Within A Month My Mouse Began Moving By Itself. Within 6 Weeks My Unit Slowed To A Crawl, And Functions Began To Fail.. I Called Tech, And I Let Them In, (some Of My Settings Had Been Changed, "thats All", Who Changed Them?

Then A Week Later It Got Worse And A Senior

Tech Signed On, He Found Little, My Computer Was Down To 4% Operational Space And Essentialy Dead. Viper Was Extracted By Me, (i Want A Refund)all The Work And Stress And

Your Dealing With A Guy That Ada, I Have A Broken Neck.

Funny I Loaded Avast...... Hidden In My Java, Was A High Functioning Serious Threat Malware; And To This Dat Java Will Not Run, (its Been Removed) And I Have Lost Some Function.... I Blame This On Your Tech Support And Your Anti Viral Progarm That Seems Not To Update Or ....... Work.

I Will Pursue This, Postings Will Go Out About My Experiance And You Will Not Like It, Just Give Me My Money Back
