I've had a account through wells Fargo for 7 years I started to go through a rough time so I tried to get a direct deposit advance. I get a good amount of money deposited every month and have been a very good costumer. The co-head banker there stacy ( Boyd, Texas branch) wanted me to come in and get a credit card and switch my auto insurance over to them, long story short stacy would do nothing for me because I decided not to get a credit card or their auto insurance. She was very rude only concerned about her self and her commission. I had problems over and over until she told me the reason, because I didn't get the car insurance she told me to get. Horrible person. Stacy because of you after 7 years I will be banking with another bank now. Every person I know will be informed not to bank through very rude and ill concern for costumers Wells Fargo. Also not Veteran friendly. She said she didn't care that was my choice to do that for the country.
