Wells Fargo in Sweet Home Oregon...

I've been a customer with wells Fargo for several year now. We do business and personal trans action with this company; mine you Thousand of dollars go threw this bank every week by our business. On this perceptually day; I decide to use the out side window service on which I seldom to unless I am not feeling good. I made a business trans action with just several check and cash that took me no more then 5 minutes of there time. There was just one car which just drove up behind of my car and he was not even there for 2 minutes. The teller who took care of my trans action told me that if I was make business trans action that I need to come into the bank next time. I just taught why and look at her as to my surprise she would say this to me.
I drove off and went to another store. This is when I decided to call the bank and ask for the bank Manager. Her name what Nichole. I asked who if there was a certain specification to using the window service out side and she said "What do you mean by this" While I told her I was out there making a small deposit and she said "While if this is a business trans action then it would be better to take care of you inside so that we are mine full of the customers who is waiting. Then I told her that I was out there NO more then 5 minutes and a car pulled up behind me not ever 2 minutes after. I said to her. "What about me as a customer. would it have made any different if I was inside waiting for 10 minute while they were assisting customers. Where is the common since of this? She keep repeating herself as to we all need to be mine full of others. I felt as if i did not matter as there customers. I told her I have never been treating so unfairly rude as to be there customer there. All she said to me was sorry but that is what we tell our customers.
