Lets see- my husband and I tried to get our account title changed. We were told to make an appt to speak with the knowledgeable banker on this matter. We did. The 'knowledgable banker" had no clue what to do, made numerous phone calls while we were there and in effect did not do anything but waste our time. We went back a diffferent day and spoke with a different banker who told us it was not possible to change the account title and we had to open a new account. So we did under the guise that we would no longer be charged bank fees. She promised to send us our checks which 2 months later I am still waiting for. Not only were we charged bank fees , but they screwed up the title as well. Nobody I reach by phone is "authorized" to correct the account title. We can however go into the branch to have it corrected.....Ha ha ha. I am supposed to believe that?
