My husband tried to call for a technical support because he was getting a message which says, data cannot be updated. Somebody who answered transferred him to a guy from India because we know of his accent. My husband told him he has a hearing problem. After a while of talking to my husband he became abusive , he has the audacity to call my husband and I quote, " most stupid idiot ". My husband is not a computer savvy. He has some basic knowledge, but when it comes to other technical problems he does not know that is why he called for help. I was listening to the conversation and I heard my husband hang up the phone and was very upset and angry at the remarks of that person. He called back again so this time i got the phone and talked to him nicely. I said you do not need to be in this job if you do not know about customer relationship. I said that is the reason why you people are there to give support to people who are not computer savvy. I asked him his name and he said, Jack Sparrow. I said I know that character from Pirates of the Carribbean. I feel insulted of his attitude and he kept repeating my husband is an idiot.I have never spoken that word to my husband at all for all these many years of our marriage.We just hang up on him and he kept calling back to insult us. Finally after the 4th time he called us we just ignore it. I have never dealt with anybody so rude and abusive with their language to their customer. I am still troubled with his comment. My husband has a heart problem and has high blood and i was worried about him when i saw him getting red and asked him what happened. And that was when he told me the guy called him the most stupid idiot. After awhile maybe 5 minutes we called again. This person answered and we told him what happened with the first call. My husband told him about the problem with his laptop. He was telling my husband that somebody has hacked his account and that we need to have it fixed by their technician. At this time he was talking to me because of my husband's hearing problem. I told him that we only used our computer for checking out emails, Face book, and basic things, we are not computer savvy. So when he suggested to have the computer fix for the amount of $199 and I said me and my husband will talk about it . He get angry and said you wasted my time. You and your husband are dumb.I said, I apologize for wasting your time but I said you are there for suppport and being paid to do the job. He said you and your husband are dumb, you know nothing. When we hang up he kept repeating you and your husband are dumb, get lost.I believe he is the same person that we talk to the first time because of the tone of his voice which is very abusive. Is this the kind of service your company give? I would appreciate it very much if your company can look into this problem.
deserve to be verbally abuse because we are not that computer literate. Why do you hire people that does not have customer relationship skill. You will be losing a lot of customers because of this. This incident happened at around noon time Feb.9. This employee does not deserve to be in this company. He brings shame and dishonor and will cause your company to lose clients. I recommend this employee to be disciplined or be fired. I bet you,I am not the only one that experience his rudeness and unprofessionalism.
