Placed an order on 1/10/2016. Received 15% off. As soon as I placed the order, I received an email coupon for 20%, for the same items. WITHIN THE SAME HOUR of my placing the order, I called Pottery Barn Customer Service. They refused to update my order so I decided to cancel. Can't cancel for 24 hours, which at that time, they will charge me shipping costs. Terrible company, shop elsewhere.
