As a long time customer of you shoes and a very satisfied customer untill my ladt three purchases .Mostly I wear model number mx409bk2 in black size 12 4e my last three pairs the seams are coming loose where the glue is not holding up love the comforts of new balance as I wear Arizona braces on both feet this shoe helps keep pain in ankles down somewhat. But at the price I can't justify keep wasting money that I don't have extra .I just went to sketchers as my wife wares them I find them not as comfortable on my ankles but I need to make a change as I cant wast money
