During the month of December I like to treat my family to an outing in SLC. My children, grandchildren and great grandchildren always look forward to go to the Holiday Inn Express in West Valley City Utah. We enjoy the water park and have so for several years. On Monday November 6th I called West Valley and as always was transferred to the call center to make the reservation. I was asking questions about booking 6 rooms, we discussed the price and I told her I felt like that was a little more than what I usually spend, she then offered me a 3 dollar discount per room. I asked her if I could discuss this with my family, then I heard a sigh, and she hung up on me! Needless to say I was quite surprised that my $800 that I was going to spend at your hotel didnt mean anything. I booked my rooms at the Comfort Inn. this situation has been eating at me for several weeks now and my family is not happy about not being able to stay at your hotel for our annual holiday trip. I want your company to know about my experience with your customer call center so that you are aware so that other potential customers will not receive this kind of disrespect.
