Hi,

I just joined your goals gym and Belterra village in austin texas. My two children and I are both members and We like using the trainers that you guys are providing for us. It does cost a lot more than what I want to spend but I think it's helping us reach our results. Recently you guys of had trouble with the hot tub in the men's room. It was out for two weeks because of a lightning strike. Then it was out again yesterday for some reason and this is beginning to concern me. I do go there for the atmosphere in the equipment but one of the most important thing my son and I agree on is that we really look forward to the hot tub afterwards. I would hope that you guys could fix it very quickly and that this doesn't happen on a regular basis. Not sure that I would remain a member if the hot tub situation and not be resolved. I would like to add a note that your staff are very polite very professional and your gym is very well kept up. Thank you for your response.
