Prior to the merger of Flash by Circle K, I held and used the Go Blue Flash discount card. I hadn't used the Flash discount card in several years so with the issue of a new Circle K card I made a small purchase (5 gal gas can) to see if nothing got lost in the merger or lack of use.

On October 17, 2019 I purchased $13.41 of gasoline at the 340 E. Lanier Ave. Fayetteville Circle K station. I checked on my credit union account multiple times but there was no ACH transfer. After 4 days I contacted Circle K by e-mail to find a solution to the transfer or lack there of. No helpful information from Circle K could be obtained so I personally visited my credit union. I could find nothing wrong with the information I was provided by either Circle K or my credit union.

Finally Circle K personnel mentioned the name of the bank they were dealing with and it was one I closed the account on several months earlier. Probably solved?...... well almost. I owe either Circle K or the the station $13.41. With the lack friendly helpful folks at Circle K I will not not provide my bank information.

What I need now is a bill or an address where I can send payment.
