Impossible to reach a live person, and the automatated line is insufficient. This company services too many people to offer such POOR service. Since Quest service is somewhat national,the computer system should be more sophisticated too. A doctor's orders should be accessible to EVERY lab, regardless of the state of origin,or state(location) of the "draw" or specimen. This office tells me that they can "see" my doctor's orders, but are not able to get a copy. Now, I have to wwait for the doctor office to open in 2 hours before I can ask them to FAX the orders. If I could have spoken to a live person, this might have been avoided. This is extremely inconvenient.
