Today is Monday November 9, 2020. I'm make this complaint against the Piggly Wiggly on 13th Street regarding Tomeko Johnson co manager. My visit i had been awarded $5 on my app I went in to use my $5 app put my items on the counter. I was over the 5.00 mark so i had to put something back to equal to the 5.00 I had to put the cookies back and get me a dollar pack of cookies to equal up to $5. Tamiko Johnson the co-manager was call to void the transaction off. And to re ring my items over because my app code wouldn't take the transaction again.. Therefore, Tomeko Johnson ask to see my phone she started pushing buttons on my phone.And when she gave it back to me my app had gone and asking me for my pass word and user name. I asked Tomeka, Why she deleted my app she didnt say a word but told the cashier to void my items again as i stood their trying to pull my app back up. Tomeko, told the cashier to started ringing up the next customer as i stood in front of the person . Tomeko was rude and nasty and didn't try to refill my needs.But were told to leave the store why she on the phone with the police. Yes, I got ? upset just like any other customer would have ..It could've been handle in a better professional way but she wasn't. she not a people person and shouldn't be in the line of duty
