Extremely disappointed today. Went to the Einstein's on Kendall and 122 Ave. and was met with a highly incompetent staff and manager on site. We were there for my son's birthday and immediately asked for the free egg sandwich. After taking our order the Cashier said we needed to be a rewards member to get it. The manager, Cristina Wilson was there but didnot come over to assist. We left and came back with the rewards on hand only to be told that we didn't have points. At that point the manager comes over to say we had to register prior to the birthday. I paid for the sandwich, a médium chai latte and a médium coffee but they did not provide the coffee. Upon request they gave us the coffee in a unsealed cup which spilled on my car floor. This has been the worst experience ever. They are lucky my son didn't get burned.
