I have the obligation to write this comment, unfortunately I have never had any problem with this store, although I have been shopping there for 6 years, last week on the 29th I went to buy my bagels in the morning to take to my coworkers from my restaurant, but I arrived and found everything strange, his place was completely dirty, there was new staff in training without supervision, there was only one woman who shouted from one corner to the other without respecting the customers, they had the man who made me take the shot of the order without any supervision, that's why my order went all wrong and even worse when the woman got involved in it so much so that despite having paid for my desserts she never put them, her rude way and that nothing matters less to the customer. When I arrived at my place I found that my order was not complete, I called and she in a mocking and stubborn and lying way answered me, she told me to come the next day and that she would solve it, however I went and the situation was worse, I felt attacked and discriminated against by a liar and insolent person, nothing cultured or less attentive to her clients. I put it to your knowledge because I cannot let a person who represents your corporation be of this nature with clients, not everyone takes the time to write but only does not go back, I would like you to be very careful when selecting their staff even more so when they represent them. terrible experience hesitating to return to buy another day.
