I will never buy from yiur Valero again. I purchased my grand-baby1/2 gallon of milk on 0ct 24, about 11:25 pm.. The store number was 2742271. The man didnt give a receipt. To be honest we didn't think much about the receipt. We needed the milk for morning for my grand baby. When we woke up and I opened the milk it has chunks in it and was sour. After I got off of work and tried to exchange it. First she said I couldn't without a receipt. I told her I had it on my phone because I paid with cash AP. She said that was not good enough, and I should of brought it back last night. I tried I explain to her we didn't try to use it until the morning. The milk has a date of Oct 25, which was not expired when we purchased it. I was not asking for my money back, and just wanted yo exchange it. No where in your returned does it say I can not exchange it. I get it not a lot of money, but the principal that I spend so much at this location, but never again. You have a competitor right across the street. You have lost business, but I sure you don't really care.
