I would not do business with Vanguard. These people took money out of my personal account and made me loose money, made head aches, and stayed on hold for hours st a time. When you ask for a manager, no one is around to take your call. Vanguard has a bunch of hillbilly coal crackers working at their call centers. They messed up on my accounts and now they expect me to fix their mistake. When these people took too much money out or took money out when told not too, they are charging me with their mistakes. One telemarketer admitted that Vanguard inaccurately disbursed funds in error. She also stated that they apologize for any inconvenience. They are demanding that I help them fix their mistake. I look at it like this, if Vanguard never messed this up to beging with, there would be nothing to fix. I say to them too bad so sad. Maybe next time they will be much more carefull when handeling customers accounts.
