This credit card company placed my deceased Mother's Credit card into collections for charges made after her death. She never held a balance on this card. When I tried to tell them they were incorrect, they punched buttons in my ears and hung up on me. When I called back I got the same treatment. I feel sorry for anyone who does business with these people. We have YET to get a statement in the mail explaining these charges they would NOT go over on the phone. GRRRRRRRR

I have a citibank 2nd mortgage account with you. I have tried to get modified or refinance. you people are the worst to work with. you have denied me. My interest rate is over 11 percent. This does not make sense to me. I have paid you over 41,000 dollars over 8 years on a 45,000 loan. The government helped the banks and the banks have done nothing to help consumers. No I do not want to loose my house but if it comes down to this. Then so be it. This is not fair. your company is not fair. How do you people sleep at night.

The worst refi experience in my life. If you get Tammy Bell as your agent you will be lucky if she doesn't waste six months of you time and cost you 500 bucks for an appraisal. They have no intention of financing you - they are just sucking up the money the federal government is giving them to look like they are actually helping people.

This site is a scam. They will pretend they are citibank reps but there really just people stealing your personal information. Be careful. Stay away from this site. And if u give them you info and account number, etc. The rep will say that there is nothing under your info

That commercial Citi Bank made with the lady punching the bag is flawed. Anyone who has any experience with hitting a bag knows to keep your thumbs wrapped around both index and middle fingers. The lady is hitting the heavy bag with her thumbs sticking out. I hope they manage their money better than the basic details of this commercial.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for a customer service phone number and how to get through to a live human!!! We signed up for a Citibank card through an offer for $100 off plane tickets. The offer didn't go through, and we tried to cancel the card. (We never used the card for anything else.) We were told the card was cancelled, so we destroyed the card. We later got a welcome packet in the mail, so we made more fruitless attempts to get through to Citibank. We couldn't get to anyone live without the last four digits of the card number which was destroyed. After finding this site, we FINALLY got through to someone and they tell us it is cancelled. Hopefully this time it is. Thank you for the right phone number.

Citibank supports internet fraud by protecting fraud perpetrators. We are victims of $15,000 fictitous charges for products never received. Citibank is protecting the instigators of this fraud rather than reversing these charges as they could easily and with validity do. Citibank dispute resolution has chosen to side with the fraudulent merchant. Don't ever buy anything from Network Marketing Solutions- ever.

Citibank Doesnt Care About there customer all they want is money// might as well go to JP morgan and chase much better customer service// there fraud early warning system sucks even if youre just buying somthing that is with your spending pattern, they will block it, there fraud department is so rude like the supervisor that i spoke too name Fritz Ferrero he is so rude, i bet he is ugly as well. i hate citibank

Like those frustrated customers, me too experienced the worst. I have been a loyal citibank credit card user for almost two decades. . . take note almost two decades..! my card expired this january 2013. . . called them every week for a replacement. . all they do is promise me that they will send a new one and that is every week i called them. the worst thing is that i can no longer use my card as they have already blocked it - the reason? they said that they are going to send a new one. . .! they've charged me for the renewal yet i cannot use the card! Robbery, isn't it? I told them that if I cannot receive my new card this week, I will transfer to another bank. . . I attempted to directly contact them through e-mail, I cannot access anymore the site as my card number is no longer recognized. . . what else would you do? call them, when they all say is that they are going to send a new one?

My Citibank customer service experience was the single most worst experience of my life. I spent several days on the phone with at least 15 different people and I still don't know if my issue is resolved. Most of the people were nice, but were not able to help me in any way. Citibank's system is extremely flawed because the employees do not have access they need to try and help ("let me transfer you to someone who may be able to help you"). I'm sure My issue is not resolved.

I address my complaint to His Excellency after I fined it is the only way to get an attention to One Of your BANK IN JAKARTA ,INDONESIA .

I am a gold accounting holder and because of the poor quality of services I already started to use another bank in this country .

In short this is my complaint :

In The Bank correspondence to me it is stated The Name Of HEAD OF CITIGOLD EEXECUTIVE( Mrs. Anundhia ) and her Cell Phone Number and Direct Telephone line .

That mean to contact her when I am facing a problemsin my account but I find that all what she do after sending her several SMS'S is IGNORING .

Stating her contacts numbers is only for show of .

The HEAD OF CITIGOLD EXECUTIVE ( Mrs. Anundhia ) should know and understand that she is in this position and getting her monthly salary for serving and handling our problems NOT IGNORING US .

I am American Citizen and the Indonesian Language it is not my language,I received my monthly statement and all the bank Correspondence in Indonesian Language which I ask to have it in English Language in ORDER TO MANAGE MY ACCOUNT as it is IMPORTANT .

Is there any reasons BEHIND THAT !!!!!

I NEED TO MANAGE AND STUDY MY ACCOUNT , IT IS MY RIGHT .

A such request was IGNORED , the Bank should give us a choice of changing language which it mean the Bank can correct the Computer programs

I was promised several times for changing all of the Correspondence to English Language but it was only empty promises .

As far as I know from many of the Clients that we did not get any new year gifts , my question here ;

Why the Bank Staff's taken most it while should be for the Bank Clients ?

Very disappointed ,CITIBANK Is One Of The Top around the gglobal.

I would very much appreciate it if my E-MAIL not be IGNORED as well .

for a year and half been asking for a copy of the application this account was opened in .who's signature etc. i get no answers quite ther run around .5000.00 dollars later they want their money what about proof i opened it .my ex did it not me court is jan. 8th still no support from them where are u MR. IMPORTANT .???? no response poor business how many calls does it take ? email? faxes ? letters ?

WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I made a balance transfer which had a 1.99% interest rate for 18 months. Citibank ended it after 5 months. I told them to look at my account in the document center and they can see the letter as proof. Guess what? They cannot see anything that they send to you! I havethe email and it is also sitting in my online Citibank account, but their customer service people cannot see it!

I now have to print out everything and send a letter via regular mail to them because they will not accept an email proof.

I will write the letter and get the large interest they charged me off the account and then I plan to transfer everything out and take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CITIBANK!

I called five times and CITIBANK Computer said call back during normal business hours. I called the number above and kept hitting ZERO and a very kind person came on and said the "only" people who could help me worked from 12 Noon until 3PM and they were loclacted in India not the USA, and she didn't know what time it was in India and I had to keep calling the number above constantly until it was 12 Noon and 3 PM. My card was stolen in 2007, and sold to five different collection agencies. I have told the three major credit reporting agencies, and have had the same phone number and address for 18 years. I can't understand how CITIBANK keeps in business.

Absolutely the worst and most frustrating "customer service" I have ever encountered (and I have endured and barely survived the agony of Tracfone "customer service"). Can't find a number or location for any stateside offices, branches or customer service outlet on the web - just ATM locations with one common number for all. Tried talking to Bangladesh or wherever they off-shored their "customer service" and got exactly nowhere after 4 hours of trying to explain my situation. If it ain't on one of their scripts, you ain't gonna to get a resolution - and there is no other course to be found. Have been a loyal customer of Citibank for nearly 20 years, but never again - Citibank sold my loyalty and goodwill down the drain.

Recently lost my full-time position and have asked and am trying to get my interest rate of 29.99% lowered. Was told if I would meet with a credit counselor CITIBANK would lower the rate, however, since I am still making payments on time (NOT the minimum required which I can't meet right now) they will not lower that rate. After talking with the customer service person I was transferred to, was told by him, if I stopped making payaments, they would lower the rate, BUT...that would be reported to the Credit Co. and ruin my credit.
BEWARE...CITIBANK COLLECTION DEPARTMENT WILL CALL YOU SEVEN DAYS A WEEK, EVEN LAST WEEK FRIDAY NIGHT AT 9:59 PM. I am keeping track of all the calls I receiving, the calls come from all over the world with various accents, the call Friday night was with a GREETING...OF...GOOD AFTERNOON I AM TRYING TO REACH.....I told her at was 9:59PM and hung up.

I wanted to Citibank Customer Service Executive to talk personally to get replacement card against the lost card. Always asks for card number never get an option of talking to customer service executive. It is really ridiculous. How to reach CSE to get replacement card.......!!!!!!!

no service. i talked to one person she couldn't understand English. than i asked for a supervisor. than was disconnected after 15 min.

tech disconnected me. finally got some else now back on hold.

i called because i could not email them a questionable email it came back.

I have fantastic credit for decades and excellent income. I pay ALL my bills on time. As a result, banks always offer me new credit cards and increase my credit line without me even asking---EXCEPT Citibank. They send me enticing offers of 0% for 18 months to transfer my balances but whenever I apply, they reject me. WHy? Because some clerk closed one of my Citi accounts in 2005 (that's right, 7 years ago!) over a NON-issue of a couple hundred dollars that was out of my control and completely resolved once I had knowledge about it. This wasn't with CITI-- it was a personal matter that someone took me to court about instead of coming to me directly-- and this couple hundred dollars was resolved once I was aware of it. OK, so life happens and we move on, but since that ended up in the public record, CITI closed my account even though I was never late in any payment to any credit card or any debt EVER. That was in 2005. Now, they won't even look at all my perfect credit for DECADES with MANY TENS OF THOUSAND in clean credit lines with NO late payments EVER, NO bankruptcy EVER, NO foreclosure EVER. MOst banks consider me an excellent customer, but CITI wastes my time passing me over to 5 different people in a single phone call and in the end they say this restricted account will ALWAYS be reviewed in any application with CITI -- which means they NEVER want my business since that stupid little incident that was resolved once it was brought to my attention overrides everything else. Really incredible, -- they treat good responsible customers like garbage that can be thrown away.
