I sent credit earlier from a store and they send it to the wrong number and I'm trying to get to someone in customer service and no one is returning my text messages or call and I need to hear from someone cuz the credit did not go to that personal phone and I either need a credit to go back today phone or my money back

Good afternoon , I try to put top up of $10.14 USD into phone number

date 9/16/15 @ 00.03 am , but has of 9/17/15 @ 3.3 pm the credit didn't go through .I used a pal pal card
