No reason to do business with this kind of people, they are so unprofessional, no manners and they have Indian people for costumer service? please there are better people to do this work, please do not use this company, they are there only to steal your money. why do we need to buy product from the kind of people when there are other companies who offer better service...a real service. lets be smart. I won't talk about what happened to me is disgusting to said what this indian person toll me he is a nasty guy.

This is Nancy Ives, I just received my credit card statement showing a charge of $92.00. I do not want or did not want to have anything to do with your company & why am I being charged this amount when I have not been protected from your company for months. I will dispute this charge & refused to pay this amount for any reason.

I received a renewal noitce end of last year and renewed online upgrading the protection. I then discovered that in January Kaspersky renewed automatically with the previous package. I got through to someone on the phone who found it very difficult to process the information that I now had 2 protection packages in place and hoped that eventually I had got her to cancel their renewal and to get money my back. No money back and now I'm getting messages to say that I only have 4 days protection left which should not be the case.Did she cancel both for which I have paid for? I can't remember my password and asked online for a reminder by email so that I can check my account, 4 days later no email. I have tried phoning. No answer. For a company that offers protection they seem unable to connect the dots which is very worrying.

I Have Paid For A One Year Subscription And Renewed My Account In August 2016. Yet I Keep Getting Warning Notices That My Account Will Expire Soon...this Is Harassment And Very Unprofessional You Have My Money: Now Just Do Your Job And Stop The False Notices. I Am Disgusted With Them. If Yo Can Not Straighten Out This Issue, I Will Consider Getting Rid Of Your Service And Demanding A Total Refund.

I've been w/K for over 5 years and have over 800 days left on my multiple home pc K Total security program. As far as I'm concerned K is probably the best security available for home use---BUT-- I've been trying to "sign in" to MY security program for months and I can't get in because when it asks for the security question of my pet's name and breed, which I'm quite POSITIVE that I KNOW--uh oh==I must be mistaken,. If I can't get in to my OWN PAID FOR system- I"M almost thru w/K---any bright ideas out there? Oh yeah, I tried resetting w/my wife's email for a NEW registration. You guessed it! won't work.

I would like to know that after I received an email from Kaspersky on 26th MY 2016 thanking me for renewing my subscription and telling me it had successfully been applied I'm getting messages in red every time I turn on my computer telling me that my subscription is out of date and that I am not covered.

Dear Friends:

I have been on the computer for 2hours on Sunday and 5 hours on Mon 10-5-2015.

I have purchase a Kaspersky Total Security Program on Sept.30,2015 Order # 10738899838.

I have not been able to get my new activation code to work everytime I chick on something Ireturn to sales page or Error 404 which I have no I clue what it means.

All I wanted is to keep my computor safe. Should I cancel my program or can I get someone to assist me.HELP!!! Your support teams have tried.

My husband tried to call for a technical support because he was getting a message which says, data cannot be updated. Somebody who answered transferred him to a guy from India because we know of his accent. My husband told him he has a hearing problem. After a while of talking to my husband he became abusive , he has the audacity to call my husband and I quote, " most stupid idiot ". My husband is not a computer savvy. He has some basic knowledge, but when it comes to other technical problems he does not know that is why he called for help. I was listening to the conversation and I heard my husband hang up the phone and was very upset and angry at the remarks of that person. He called back again so this time i got the phone and talked to him nicely. I said you do not need to be in this job if you do not know about customer relationship. I said that is the reason why you people are there to give support to people who are not computer savvy. I asked him his name and he said, Jack Sparrow. I said I know that character from Pirates of the Carribbean. I feel insulted of his attitude and he kept repeating my husband is an idiot.I have never spoken that word to my husband at all for all these many years of our marriage.We just hang up on him and he kept calling back to insult us. Finally after the 4th time he called us we just ignore it. I have never dealt with anybody so rude and abusive with their language to their customer. I am still troubled with his comment. My husband has a heart problem and has high blood and i was worried about him when i saw him getting red and asked him what happened. And that was when he told me the guy called him the most stupid idiot. After awhile maybe 5 minutes we called again. This person answered and we told him what happened with the first call. My husband told him about the problem with his laptop. He was telling my husband that somebody has hacked his account and that we need to have it fixed by their technician. At this time he was talking to me because of my husband's hearing problem. I told him that we only used our computer for checking out emails, Face book, and basic things, we are not computer savvy. So when he suggested to have the computer fix for the amount of $199 and I said me and my husband will talk about it . He get angry and said you wasted my time. You and your husband are dumb.I said, I apologize for wasting your time but I said you are there for suppport and being paid to do the job. He said you and your husband are dumb, you know nothing. When we hang up he kept repeating you and your husband are dumb, get lost.I believe he is the same person that we talk to the first time because of the tone of his voice which is very abusive. Is this the kind of service your company give? I would appreciate it very much if your company can look into this problem.
deserve to be verbally abuse because we are not that computer literate. Why do you hire people that does not have customer relationship skill. You will be losing a lot of customers because of this. This incident happened at around noon time Feb.9. This employee does not deserve to be in this company. He brings shame and dishonor and will cause your company to lose clients. I recommend this employee to be disciplined or be fired. I bet you,I am not the only one that experience his rudeness and unprofessionalism.

OMG I am so sick of this product. I cannot do anything on my PC I mine as well have it full of viruses because I cannot get anything done. I cannot even SINC my darn phone any longer with I tunes This product is a pain in my a... Lost hours and hours of work because it keeps disconnecting me form my WI FI. I will not even activate the other license and will not recommend this product and warn others. This is way to difficult and time consuming to use for someone who does not work with computers. I cannot even fill out applications for my new credit card but have to do it from my phone. This is insane!!

Bought 2 years 5 device internet protection had trouble activating, but discovered it was a invalid key (activation code). Later discovered my old 1 year 5 device software had auto renewed for another year, that was the only hold up. The center at ext #2 was tech support but they handled the cancelation of the 1 year charge on my credit card within 3 minutes. In my case everything went very smoothly compared to other calling centers. Will update if any problems occur on my refund credit card info.......happy so far....!!

You're customer service that I have received has been terrible. I sent e-mails. They were not responded to in an appropriate way. The person did not answer the questions. I pointed it out several times and it made no difference. Then I HAD to BUT your premium service. This guy Matthew worked on one issue but did not resolve the other. He stopped the chat session. I had to remind him. It took him 10 minutes to come back. Three hours later he still had not added the virtual keyboard and at 7:30 he said his shift was going to be over. He stated Google was corrupted and that was the problem. I find that difficult to believe because I have a contract with Dell and they had just installed google chrome last night. When I pointed that out, he just said it didn't want to leave and call back. It takes an hour to wait on the phone to get help so I was not happy about the prospect of calling back tomorrow and I just d not have confidence that he can do the job. I called technical assistance to speak with a supervisor to try and contact a supervisor in premium support. I couldn't get one with Matthew because he had cut me off and its an hour wait. That supervisor in technical support wouldn't even come to the phone to speak with me his name was Christian Flores and that was around 7:45PM. People say your product is good but it is not easy to use and your customer support sucks. I will tell any and everybody that listens. No need to keep this confidential

Kaspersky is a thief! They take your money and cancel your service! So beside myself that they lied to my bank and have claimed that their transaction is correct after canceling me due to the 2nd charge my bank disputed. The 3rd charge apparently they refunded, when I was able to stop payment. Now I spent more money on a different companies antivirus and Kaspersky is keeping my money for screwing me! Calling India is just icing on the cake! Looks like I'll be getting in contact with
consumer affairs

I do not recommend this company. In order to have a password manager you have to purchase it separately!! You need a degree in investigation to find Kaspersky's phone number other than the third-party you are directed to and all they do, rather than help you, is to try and sell you another product. What is that??? Absolutely no phone number on the email they send you with your order number. And just as an added bonus, whomever you talk to at the third-party place is undoubtedly from India and they have to repeat what they are saying a few times so you can hopefully understand what they are saying. Not a user friendly company.

why do you keep sending me messages when I have paid for my security already. I have a receipt to prove for it...What is going on?? Doesn't inspire much confidence in your security services if you keep doing this, does it???

It has taken me l-l/2 days to renew my subscription and I'm still not sure that it has been successfully installed. It is virtually impossible to get a definitive resolution to complex problems from Kaspersky. I am hard-of-hearing and not one of the many telephone calls I made were equipped with a device to enable them to converse with the hard-of-hearing, plus the technicians I talked to were so heavily accented that I could barely understand them. It is more than frustrating to have to keep being directed to yet another website, yet another phone number, yet another section to have your problems solved. Most unsatisfactory customer service.

I recently downloaded Kaspersky Internet 2014. When I called for help I was speaking to someone in probably India. I called back and actually got a rep in Canada. She even took my number in case we were disconnected. With her help I downloaded the program. When I was going to do an update by accessing the little K in the right hand corner of the computer I noticed that the clock was off by hours on my computer and off by a day and hours on my laptop. Received e-mails with fix but it did not fix. Today, 1/3/14, after waiting about 20 mins I was speaking to a tech who definitely was in India. She said she could not take a phone no. in case we were cut off (I told her I did have a call back). In the end she asked me to send reports from an e-mail she sent me. While I still had her on the phone, I requested her help and then after a bit she said she could not stay on the line. I told her that was asinine as she was technical support and was supposed to be there to help customers. Still no fix and definitely a horrible customer service experience. They need to get back to having tech support in the US where you can not only understand the tech but also get better attention then what these people are supplying.
