Since last three weeks I am receiving a message in mobile that on recharge of Rs111 I will get talk time of Rs111. On 31 Jan 2011 I recharged my phone I could only Rs98.63. When I asked my agent he told me that I should talk to customer care. When I contacted customer care executive (I was hold for more than 15 minutes) he told me that the agent will talk to customer care. This type of answers are not appreciated and not acceptable. Can get a clarification on this? My phone is 9166698609_ Rajasthan
