Since last three weeks I am receiving a message in mobile that on recharge of Rs111 I will get talk time of Rs111. On 31 Jan 2011 I recharged my phone I could only Rs98.63. When I asked my agent he told me that I should talk to customer care. When I contacted customer care executive (I was hold for more than 15 minutes) he told me that the agent will talk to customer care. This type of answers are not appreciated and not acceptable. Can get a clarification on this? My phone is 9166698609_ Rajasthan

its really very bad..no option to talk to customer care.ofcourse now we can easily migrate to other network with Mobile number portability.
who are are disappointed with vodafone service can shift using mnp

HOW CAN A SUBSCRIBER CONTACT VODAFONE??? PLEASE SUGGEST.....111 HAS NO OPTION FOR TALKING WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE..

hoorrible situation cant talk to vodafone coustmer parson very bad...its so so so so bad i m ashamed of being a vodafone coustomer...

vodafone customer care service is not so impressive.I call 111,but I cannot talk to the service person.I use vodafone from a long period. So, this kind of service is not acceptable by the company for such long term customers.

Your customer care service is very bad. I have dialed 111 but there are no option to talk to customer care. When we end the call it says thanx for calling on 888 instead of 111. Are you making fun of your customers? This is shame for such a big company
