I proud of your Turkey Operation team. Because �± applied twice for transfer to Vodafone from Turkcell but they can not do my transfer.

Please give them the worst team of the year reward. I can not understand how can it be too complex? no information no message etc.

Help!
Being billed for several months when service was cancelled, but no one will help via email or through live chat. Just trying to get a fair amount of what we owe and we will pay it.

No one responds to email and I cannot afford to call from the United States.

Vodafone is low class service, its been more than 4 months i am trying to register online to pay my bill online and i even tried to recharge my prepaid connect online and a big failure.

This company is fooling around and the mangement and even the employees belong to the cheapest lowest class on this earth.

Third class service from vodafone customer care, called more than 10 times also drop the e-mail to vodafone customer care to resend my bill Bcoz they send the incorrect bill,but didn't get thet reply yet, Guys don't buy Vodafone card.. my monthly plan of 99 Rs.. but getting more than 1000 rs.. bill, Please!Please!!please!!! dont take vodafone card....

Vodafone are the most expensive network I have ever used,I signed up for a 35 pound a month contract.and have been charged for everything since then,I have never gone over my minutes,yet my bills always come in at 65-70 pound.I was charged 7 pound extra a month just to use iphone instead of blackberry.I rang to ask for itemised bill.and was told each piece of paper they used they would charge me 1.50.I was charged for blackverry internet 5 pound a month and also charged for extra internet usage even tjough I only ever used facebook from my phone,its the most expensive service I have ever used and disgusting how they rip off loyal customers such as myself.customer services are terrible half of the staff don't seem to have a clue about anything and seem to be reading/repeating. Ascript in front of them.I will never use vodafone again.and will never reccomend vodafone to anyone!!!!

I made a huge mistake switching to Vodafone. In 20 months they have done the following:
1 - disabled my phone while I was in the US with no prior notification. Their justification was that the charges were high and therefore it was for my own good! I pointed out that IF they had bothered to contact me I would have told them not to worry. As it was there was NO way left to call as they had disconnected my phone.
This has been made worse by Vodafone insisting on replacing my handset (3 handset now). By mistake the DPD guy drove off with the memory card. Vodafone customer service said they would try to retrieve it when it arrive back at Vodafone and to call back in 2 days. I called back and some arrogant idiot in customer service told me it was my responsibility and they will do nothing, not even replace the memory card! Thankfully this nightmare will be over in February and I can switch to a better service operator.

I paid Rs. 96/ to activate my Net Card at 9:15 PM tonight. But, to my utter disbelief, my entire amount was reduced to ZERO. On being contacted Customer Care, I was advised by the guy on line not to use my number for 6 Months to completely deactivate. I am in a state of shock at this hour and using this medium to vent out my anger.

He was indeed son o. a ..t.h who had no manners as to how to behave with a lady customer.

Shame on Vodafone! Shame on Vodafone Management!!

Drive this MNC out of the country and I call upon all those who have suffered at the hands of this Cellular Service Provider to launch a movement to oust this company from this land.

No proud Indian should join this organization in any capacity. If there is any word to considered which is further below WORST, I think that applies to this unprofessional house.

VODAFONE AND MATRIX WERE HAND AND GLOVE...
WE USED TO PAY OUR BILLS TO MATRIX, GURGAON....MATRIX WAS VERY GOOD, ON CALL THE EXEC WOULD COME AND PICK UP THE PAYMENT EITHER BY CHEQ OR CASH..NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH MATRIX..THEN ONE FINE DAY ON 14TH DEC WE GOT A LETTER FROM VODAFONE SAYIN MATRIX WAS DISCONTINUED BY THEM NO MORE PAYMENTS TO BE GIVEN TO THEM..IN OCT AND NOV 2011 PAYMENTS WERE ALREADY GIVEN TO MATRIX, BY CHEQUES. WE HAV ALL THE RECEIPTS..ON CHECKIN OUR BANK STATEMENT THE MONEY HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN FROM ACCOUNT. VODAFONE WAS CONTACTED ON 24TH DEC, AS REPEATEDLY MESSAGES WERE COMING ON SMS BILLS NOT PAID AND STATING HUGE AMOUNT, AS OUTSTANDING..while we have already paid to matrix. Vodafone has not bothered to get the details from MATRIX...as the services has been discontinued by them...and we as customers have to suffer. VODAFONE WANTS US TO SUBMIT MY BANK STATMENT TO THEM AS PROOF, THAT I HAVE PAID BILLS...really...i thought my bank statement was personal..how does this problem seems TO BE RESOLVED...MATRIX AND VODAFONE..AND me

i used to think vodafone was the best, service, sgnal etc, now they are crap, the worst company out there, the service is crap, you ring for help or support and you cant understand a dicky bird there saying, they say one thing and do another, whoevers thinking of joining em, believe me "DONT BOTHER"...................

It was the biggest mistake I ever did, to port to Vodafone.
I switched my number -9008834320 to Vodafone and I failed to get proper network at my home at kanaka Nagar ,Bangalore . Even my calls got cut in half way due to their poor network. Later I came to know that Vodafone is the only provider that don’t have proper network at our area.

But, as I wanted to retain number .So I requested for switching to prepaid and they gave me a new prepaid sim for the same number taking my address proof. After one week they disconnected it asking for documents again. So I walked in to the store again with my documents and they ensured me that my sim will be alright in one week.They never updated me. I went to their shop for the THIRD time ….and the people said they are helpless….

I lost my money, my number, many of my calls, my business because of Vodafone.

I realize THEY ARE NEVER HAPPY TO HELP.
Never get trapped in their colorful adds…

My husband got himself a vodafone connection with all the official documentaton reqd.,a year back . So far so good everything was going well , until we reached Gurgaon , this September'11. Once there his phone was peculiarly enough debarred . He was subsequently asked to submit a fresh set of documentation , with the promise that his phone would be activated in 48 hrs. This he did , but to no avail. We are elderly people , maybe that is why , these youngsters think they can get away with anything . They promise one thing , without knowing the rules . If they needed more proof they only had to say so . we are law-abiding people , but are they ? I have grave suspicions . who knows what these customer care people are doing with our money, our names & our numbers . I suggest , a back check be done on these youngsters. two names that have come up are Saptshri Chatterjee & Anindo. Anindo with whom my husband spoke at length from 6.30pm onwards was extremely abusive in his language . Vodafone needs to trainn its CC staff lessons in good manners. Also they need to have records of names & numbers . Our dealings so far have been with Vodafone distributers in Bangur Ave. Kolkata 55 . Please get back to us, and let us know what else needs to be done before our phone is activated once more .We are extremely unhappy with your CC & services .

Vodafone service is the worst of the worst service because they do not care the custmers. I have two vodafone numbers and your service have activated CRBT plan but i had not do any thing to activate this plan.

I have a Pay as you go Mobile Phoneand used to get points every time I put credit on the phone. I was saving the points to get a really good mobile and had in excess of 4000+, and went to get a new phone only to be told that they had stopped giving points for pay as you go, I would have to pay full price for a new one, even though I was not informed that they no longer gave points. Vodafone should honour the amount collected up to the time it ceased and allow me to get the phone. Also I agree the internet only works sometimes. I tried to ring customer service and spoke to someone, but when I wanted answers the phone started making strange noises, and was told she couldn´t hear me. Then she cut me off. (This is supposed to be a good, caring company, ha)

your customer care information was of like this:recharge with RS.325 and get talktime of RS 325 but we had recently recharged of RS 325 and had not received full talktime. we have received only 292 RS.Please , look at this matter and deposit my remaining talktime to my account.

Caller Rental Tune @Rs.30 /month deducted but I did not ask for this service . Last month also I was informed of this deduction and a local recharge booth person sms-ed some no. and apparently , that was waived.
I don't want any paid service eithout my express desire. Kindly confirm that henceforth my wishes will be honoured and restore the debit of Rs.30/- . You may confirm me at [email protected].

When the recording begins just keep pressing any number but the given options. Try '0' or hash. Customer service is atrocious as is the haphazard billing. I wish I'd not become a Vodaphone customer. Have had nothing but problems since the contract began.

I purchased a Nokia mobile from Vodafone store at Capalaba Queensland Australia
on a 365 day plan on the 28th June 2010.
I am now told the plan expires on 11th February 2011. I do not want to waste my money over 4 months. I cannot get satisfaction over the phone and the shop whereI purchased the unit is closed for renervations. PLEASE HELP ME>
