I ordered a gold necklace & earrings. They were not delivered

Ebay stepped in and refunded me for a item that was never received . That I appreciate them there time to get that problem handled. A second item very similar to the first only difference being the weight which was purchased June 28 also not delivered from navyagems21 . Has not been handeled from ebay and it still appears on my purchase list as not delivered. I would appreciate you stepping in and Handel this pro plan.

This the worth customer service they cancel my order and still cashed the money from my paypal account then when you call answering service this is will be my last order I have ever got from ebay again because is not the first time and I have to fight to get my money back.
The first call I placed last night was absolutely horrible. The customer service agent told me that my gift cards were "frozen" and kept me on hold off and on at least 20 minutes. She told me that it would take up to one week to "unfreeze" my gift cards. After trying to get the problem resolved I got very angry and told her that I wanted to speak with a supervisor, at that point she put me on "terminal hold" After holding for probably another 30 minutes. At that time I placed another call to customer service and got a really really GREAT woman whose name I cannot remember. She took care of the problem nearly immediately, only keeping me on hold a few times for less than 2 minutes each time. The entire call took only 21 minutes and she made sure that my codes on my gift cards worked and I could successfully place my order. THE FIRST CALL TOOK 1 HOUR 13 MINUTES BEFORE I GOT REALLY UPSET AND HUNG UP. THE FOLLOWING RATINGS ARE FOR THE SECOND WONDERFULLY HANDLED CALL!

I bought a truck radio. I received it, it is not what I ordered. I believe the person sent me the wrong radio and changed what he had on eBay. I have found out that eBay leaves you out in the cold. What am I suppose to do with this radio? PayPal was no help either. The person I ordered from will not take it back.

I Will Not Change My Review On This 2012smiling (2012sm-mr6399tc)this Person Sends Me Emails On Top Of Emails And Not It Is An Harassment. I Want To Do What Ever I Can To Stop This Person From Ever Selling Products That Are Not Useable. They Offered To Give Me Back Like I Think 13cents And Not Even The Full Amount . I Gave Them A Bad Review And Ever Since Them All I Get Is Nasty Emails From Them . I Am Sick Of This ! Please Make It Stop . I Warned Them That If They Did Not Leave Me Alone I Would Report Them . Well Since I Did That Every Time I Open My Computer I Have At Least 10 Emails. All Mean And Nasty Ones . I Am Tired Of This ! Please Make Them Stop . I Am Not Changing My Review.
I have enjoyed passing the time shopping on ebay,as I recovered from my husband falling 20ft, & me trying to redirect his landing. Ebay was my outlet,& it took my mind off of the constant pain.
I regret that I will be taking my business elsewhere, after dealing with the purchase of a necklace,supposedly baltic amber,but was glass. I told her it was beautiful,as it was a beautiful color of deep red. The 1st time I put it on, the male end of the clasp fell of,because the clasp hadn't been crimped on to be secure.All I've heard is "you broke the necklace. You can't break something that has already fallen apart..I still have my refund pending, so I technically have not received a refund.I paid return postage,so she could replace the awful clasp. You can look @ my account, & see my buying history. I paid $141.00 for a cheap, poorly restrung colored glass necklace.
It won't even lay flat.
It has been a pleasure shopping at eBay, but when a nasty seller upsets me & makes makeup me bawl my eyes out, it's time to go. I will finish up any purchases, & close my acct. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere, & they will gladly accept it. I have been bedridden for 3days, due to my neck being severely compressed in the accident.
