I am trying to get help with returning an item that does not fit There was no paper about the billing or anything else to let me know how to return this. I have communicated with two online agents, through text message, and the y indicated that I have to sign up for another service to get any results. The initial cost of this service is#5 and then $28 or $46 for a month. Totally ridiculous . I want to chat with a person.
