Have been trying to contact Acronis for ages. I have a question regarding upgrading to a new version of Home Image, but I get stopped cold because when I enter my totally valid Serial Code (which I purchased for full price) It is deemed invalid . At that point you are ineligible to ask a question.No email no live chat get lost ! I can't be the first customer to experience this !

There is no official support for Acronis but you can try some one I know who can fix Acronis

Purchased Acronis 2014 3 PC License - have Product DVD from Acronis with my name on
the DVD, tried installing, wants serial # (shown on DVD) entered the 64-character serial number - BUT NOTHING HAPPENS!!! And nobody to contact

I just purchased [true image 2014} two days ago. I cannot get the product installed completely. When the install process asked me to update, it ask again for a serial number. It will not accept the one off the box. I tried going for SUPPORT, no such luck there.
The person writing the quick start guide has made it so very difficult to follow.
JUST WHAT IS THE CUSTOMER TO DO, HOW CAN ONE GET THROUGH TO CUSTOME SUPPORT?

Acronis very confusing software, does not give you step by step on how to image and retore foe new hard drive installation. There is no tech support I am only sorry I did not purchase some other product. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY OTHER PRODUCT!!

This is one of those companys with a website that frustrates you at every turn when you want customer support. Poorly thought out and makes you redo the form several times before you can find some avenue for support. I say do not buy from this company unless you really like their products and must put up with this kind of crappy service.
