American Family are criminals, their insured hit me, they sent out an adjuster to estimate damage, then sent me a check for paint chips that were missing off my back bumper, that had nothing to do with the accident although, they admitted their insured was at fault and hit me on the drivers rear side but tried to get away without paying for it. Malena Alvarez, the American Family Adjuster was a natzi, she would not take your calls and when you got through to her she would not listen, she would tell at you and hang up. STILL HAVEN'T BEEN PAID ON 7/14/2015 FROM AN ACCIDENT THAT HAPPENED ON 2//14. Filed claim with my insurance to surrogate! CRIMINALS, EVIL, TREAT YOU MEAN, NEVER EVER GET IBSURANCE THROUGH AMERICAN FAMILY, THEY DON'T PAY CLAIMS!
