The delivery was fine but my order was partial. I am disappointed that I was note called to be advised of the backorder. I called the 800 and they gave me the warehouse number. I called and still have not got a call back. My first delivery was 08.20.16.
Now I am calling the 800 to see about the backorder. Just not clear information prior to delivery. Why partial deliver and not wait for the backorder.

Please for the benefit of human beings on this earth, please close your Sterling, VA store immediately. People who work there don't like their jobs, they are rude, unprofessional and don't even know the spelling for customer service. Bunch of brainless dolls and a joker GM rule this store. I have no clue why I bought my damn furniture from you guys. I am telling all my friends on how hopeless you guys are. please close this store, and don't be one other stress factor in peoples lives.

Sterling Ashley is filled with a bunch of jokers. They have horrible customer service and care trash about customers. I swear never to buy anything from this trashy store. GENERAL MANAGER OF THIS STORE IS The biggest joker.

Ashley Furniture sucks. They owe us $3900 and it's been 2 months and still have not received the credit. They are liars, the steal, and they don't care about the customer. Nothing but a bunch of crooks. Please don't EVER shop at an Ashley Furniture store.

This is the worst run company I have ever made a large purchase from. The sales people are great but everyone else has been a nightmare. It has been since November of 2015 since our purchase and we have still yet to have our damaged articles fixed or replaced with nothing but a run around from customer service, the home store and management. We are about ready to tell them to give us a full refund and come pick our nightmare up. My family will never buy any thing from Ashley Furniture again. If anyone asks my opinion on buying there I would tell them to keep looking. Chelsea Dutra

I have a complaint about the store in Sarasota, Florida. First of all a manager by the name of Kayla is rude, smug and condescending when you speak to her. She does not belong in customer service. She makes smart ass comments with a sincere face. Also they charged me for 2 peoples on my charge card and when I called and questioned them, Kayla told me they bill separately for the pillows that come with the couch and they would be delivered at the time with furniture. Also they delivered the wrong pieces with an ugly green color and the delivery men called the warehouse and they told us for our inconvenice of the wrong furniture pieces, they would write off the delivery charge. I did a dispute and they are saying we took home the pillows and they are still charging us for delivery. I would never pay $42.78 for 2 pillows. Do not buy from this store. I've called and talked to them almost 7 times and went in 3 times and have spoke with corporate and disputed charges. Still have gotten nowhere 2 months down the road.

Hello my name is Jose M Mendoza and I'm writing you because I have a complaint about your customer service it's awful I'm not happy with the furniture I bought from you guys it broke and I just have couple of months with it, I have warranty and those people r so rude they didn't help me and I'm stuck with this stupid sofa that I don't like it never experienced such horrible purchase I'm so disappointed at Ashley Furniture it so expensive and the furniture it's so chip it made,

Past 930 pm with no delivery and no phone call. You have trucks on the road yet you have no customer service number to call.
I will never shop with Ashley Furniture again. Never

i am having hard time contacting Ashley Customer Service.
Already having them called 10 times.they pick up the phone and then disconnect.

Why did we pay so much for the protection plan.

Waiting for 4 months for service tech to fix my couch. I bought a brand new couch that came defected amd you guys refused to return but insisted on technician fixing. I am still waiting for 4 months...4 months....4 months. ..call me asap

From January 2016 the Oakland store starting with delivery issues and dates and times or they don't even show up. My issues Todate has not been resolved I have been misinformed so many times, that it is pathetic. Just today they brought the unresolved item, that I was told I would not get until the 16th, the delivery guy said I got a call about the delivery, I advised him I didn't, his response was I did!! I explained I did not get a call, he again insisted I did who does that? he was there to deliver not to question me. The customer service is no better. I will never buy anything from them again. I don't care of the cost of the item, I will seek attorney help, you can not mistreat people in this fashion and think it is ok

How can you call yourself a company, Maki g people risk their lives, to drive to Make Sure the Store is open. Really after a blizzard in our area. Come open the store your damn self. It's sad when a company is so greedy, it cares more about making a $, then those who work for them. Especially on a Sunday, then knowing things won't be cleared on monday. But threatened the workers with emails. You do know, doing something like that, and if a person was in a wreck and died, you could be sued, because of demands for store to be opened. I would not recommend a company like this to any one. And I an involved in the new openings of businesses and doctors offices!! I'll go else where!!

Please Help....My husband and i bought a electric recliner in Nov.2015 had to decline first delivery because of it being wrong item. It took a month to get next delivery which was wrong color and damaged.It took another month to get someone out to fix it. He fixed that problem but while doing so he bent the frame and now all i want is a new one or my money back. We have talked to the manager ADAM at the Richfield store and he was suppose to take care of it and call us back. He never did. My husband stopped at store and talked to Janine and she said ADAM would call us on Saturday. He never did. There service is terrible. and now i'm going to write a letter to Contact 6 in Milwaukee. Maybe then i'll get some response from the store.

Purchased 2 rocker recliner in June 2015 they were delivered in July 2015 SALES NUMBER Also purchased the 5yr guardian protection also. The fabric on these chairs is already wearing down & the mechanisum sounds rickety. Please look into this need someone to come take a look Thank you Jennie Murnane

We purchased 2 recliners 6 15 15 sales order 0615540KN55 the fabric is getting worn already and the mechanisime sounds a little rattley. Someone needs to come out to check this out they are only 5months old didn't receive them until July. Appreicate looking into this Jennie Murnane

U do NOT want a review from me. I buymyfurniturefrom other reputable stores; however, my mother bought two sofas, one with dual recliners and a regular one over the summer I additional the 5 year additional warranty the salesperson in Longview, Texas. Swindled them into buying. Least to say I just got rd from my mother that the store inLongview is NOT honoring what they sold her. My name is Amanda Jones her daughter original u would like to go straight to the source, my mother is Martha McDougal They keep hanging up when she calls which again is extremely unprofessional. I Ana school tea hewing lots of friends. Be it know negative news travels fast! It's is in your best interest to contact me or mom before an attorney and news station is involved. Not happy with unprofessional people in Longview, Tx!

(First time shopper with the famous Ashley's Store)
I'm sure Debbie and Andrew know very well who I am due to my attempts in communicating with them in regards to this awful shopping experience, that is in fact still currently pending.
Friday i selected and purchased a table set, the table set was scheduled to deliver the following Tuesday.
Tuesday arrived, hours passed ...and so did the expected delivery time frame..I decided to then call the store to collect status information on the furniture's whereabouts ...Debbie then explained that the furniture I had requested was damaged and rescheduled for Thursday's delivery ....Thursday arrived and heres the shocker... again no call, no show, no table. I've literally been without a dining table since Monday night and rearranging my work schedule to be home at the times given ( on both ossacions) yet no success on delivery. I probably called about 10 times ...all in which I spoke with Debbie ...receiving the yet again disappointing answer that no response had been received from the drivers whereabouts or the delivery...I spoke with Debbie roughly on and off from 4 to 9:15 ...9:15 last call was to inform me of the obvious ...I was not going to be receiving my furniture that night as well and that she honestly didnt know the reason why ...I ask Debbie sereval times if this kind of situation was normal; the miscommunication and lack of feedback ...I have yet to know when I will have the table set in my home. Please contact me I need valid answers and professional service.

Ashley Furniture Manager in Waynesboro, VA Warehouse is very rude and shows a high level of unprofessionalism. My fiancé and I purchased furniture from them and we decided to pick it up rather than have it delivered. There were many broken pieces, so we were unable to put it together. This happened during the holidays, with made it an extremely inconvenience...due to having family arriving without a bed to sleep in. We contacted the MANAGER in Waynesboro, VA. She was very rude and unbothered in our disappointed, telling us that WE should have opened the boxes (3 Large boxes) and inspect them before we left the store, implying that it was OUR fault. Needless to say after or even when we receive our product we will NEVER do business with these people EVER AGAIN. We have never dealt with such rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional people as such, before.

On Until I went to the store in Amherst Ny, and Floor manager Wesley helped me out tremendously...he made a phone call to corporate, arranged for my furniture to be deliver as promised. They gave me a warranty to make up for past transgressions, and I want to thank Wesley at the Amherst Ashley Store, for job very well done. Sincerely Avery.

Hello My Name is Sal Hernandez and I am very disappointed with your service. Although the deliver personnel are subcontractors I consider is your job to ensure their professionalism.

I bought some furniture about 2-3 weeks ago and the items were delivered about a week or so. However, one of the two items (sofa) was damaged so the deliver guys took it back..... no issues so far - just a damaged piece of furniture.

Today, Sunday November 15, around 1:00PM the deliver personnel showed up to deliver the pending piece. I asked one of the guys to please use "booties" as we take care of our house - his response was a very unpleasant "we don't any any" - so I asked to remove the shoes inside the house - his reply " then you will be responsible if I get hurt" - Next, I offered him to use some plastic bags over the shoes and I will provide the plastic bags.. so in a very unprofessional way he accepted.

Next, I showed him where to place the sofa to be delivered - I myself moved center and corner tables to make the deliver easy on them - however, I asked to move the sofa that was delivered before to a different place about 5 feet from where it was - this is something I asked the last guys if it was possible to do as they left the first sofa in a different place. Next, this new person response was "we do not move anything" - and I stated this is the sofa Ashley deliver about a week ago, it was supposed to go here (about 3-4 feet away) and the other one was supposed to go there (where the sofa was)... Needless to say, thanks to the people you employ my family will have to STILL sit on the floor for another week or so as we only have one sofa in our living room - I am extremely disappointed with Ashley - I just spent almost $4K with you guys - but I can assure you that if I don't get my sofa right away, I will cancel my purchase and opend my money somewhere else where I get appreciated.



Furthermore, I have tried to reach anyone to let them know and offices are closed -- very frustrated.

We went to buy a furniture at Ashley Furniture in Clackamas Oregon. Theresa, the sales lady helped us, we told her were looking for a King size bed and we would like to purchase the North Shore King Poster and since the display is a king bed, we measured the width and the height twice to make sure it it will fit in our bedroom. They process the paperwork to complete the purchase, they made me sign and hand me an orange folder with paperwork inside. After weeeks of waiting, they delivered the bed and it's a WRONG BED! It's a California King.Are you kidding me??? She put California bed in order!
We wanted to change the bed, we found what we like, they told us to go back to sign a paperwork and we did after three days. They call and told us that the delivery will be Saturday. We are waiting for the delivery. They never showed up, no phonecalls. We call the store, they said they can't contact the delivery. Finally we got a hold of the Costumer care Rep. She said , the furniture was never scheduled for delivery, it's a back order.
We're very frustrated, we ca me back to the store and wanted to cancel our order. The store manager told us that we can't cancel our order. Because it was delivered already ( a wrong bed) and the customer person we talked is telling us lies.
