I have been trying to resolve issues with Ashley furniture in Nampa and that claim headquarters hasn't responded in 2 weeks so we are not getting our money back from them for an order that is no longer available- we are still being charged for this. I will never shop there again and will tell friends and family that it is a company that doesn't resolve issues with clients that have spent thousands of dollars with them. Very poor customer service.

Hello,
On 6/13/2022 I purchased a sofa from Ashley Home Store 1070 N. Main Street Layton, UT 84041. I made the purchase and was told and given a form (attached) that said that I would receive a refund via Master Card within three weeks. Three weeks went by so I emailed to asked where my refund was? (attached) I was told to wait six weeks, so I waited until eight weeks with nothing from Ashley. I sent another email asking about the refund again and received nothing. It seems that they were counting on me forgetting or just plain fraud.
I would like help in trying to receive the refund that I was promised.

I have been receiving emails to my Gmail account and my aol account for months . I delete the message and I give feed back when that appears . I have typed Ashley messages over 100 times stating to stop sending me this junk mail. I called customer service yesterday I spoke with a women named Brittny . She told me that she would take care of it for me. Well she didn't do a dam thing for me . I keep getting the emails for both of my email addresses. Thanks brittny for passing the buck like any person does at your company. Other times when I called I was told that there was a unsubscribe blank on a bun of the page there wasn't.if you people think that I would buy a thing from you. Oh I called today and I hit #2 on the prompt. It went right to asking me how well the r Representative did . I never spoke to anyone . You have the Worst customer service around . I am surprised that you are in business

Ashley Furniture Store has terrible customer service staff. The receptions I have spoken with are not at all familiar with what they are doing. They are not trained well enough to deal with issues concerning clients complaints especially when they have the file in front of them pertaining to your account and things have already been documented and can not read what is on file. One receptionist did not know what she was talking about another receptionist claimed I had no account under my phone number. Then when asked to speak to a supervisor they give you a hard time not wanting to transfer your call. Sometimes conversation in frustration with them over 15 minutes trying to speak with a supervisor who may know what is going on. I had 3 tables so far and all three defected waiting on resolution but only getting the run around with Ashley Furniture Store. My last table was put on delivery truck with scratches on it and green tape showing the defects of the table. Yet Ashley Furniture Store expected this table to be delivered this way to the customer. The delivery staff took photos of it on the truck to show me the photos and said he didn't want to take this off the truck into my house. He was embarrassed he said to even have to tell me this as this is the third table I have been waiting on. The quality of this furniture is not there. With respects to the delivery staff thank you for doing such a good job. Ashley Furniture store customer support located in Winnipeg is dishonest . They make excuses for their errors. They deny you the right to speak with a supervisor when you feel they are not resolving the problem., and on top of everything they don't call you back the supervisor when you do ask for them to call you back.

Worst customer service I've ever felt with! Bought a fire pit a year ago. It was defective. Have been trying to get it replaced ever since. Today is the fourth time they came out to deliver and once again the had a reason they couldn't deliver! So frustrating and they say I can't get my money back.

I paid over $350 for an extended warranty for my bedroom set I've had the mattress only a year and a few months and it's already sagging and it's supposed to be a very firm mattress they sent somebody to inspect it and they said that it wasn't under warranty because there was an ice cream stain on the mattress and that voided the warranty although Ashley never gave me the mattress blanket on fault on their part because we had the furniture on layaway and when they delivered it and never had it anyway I'm fighting with them now to get my mattress replaced I called the store in Shallotte North Carolina and I told him I wanted my warranty money back because the warranty company they sent here is very incompetent they told me my money is not refundable I'm going to be filing a complaint with the North Carolina Consumer Affairs also the consumer Federal Protection Bureau so I can have it on record so when I take Ashley's the court I'll have documentation better off going to Rooms To Go the warranty is a lot better than Ashley can offer beware extended warranty frauds with Ashley

Such a bad customer service. Tried ordering dining chairs online the order couldnt go through. Tried reaching them through facebook, email but No response. Tried ordering over the phone with representative seemed like they were not interested in my business. The lady on the phone said either go to homestore location if you dont find it there may be try finding elsewhere. So the message I received was We dont care about our customers and dont want your business' very annoying. If only I could get those chairs elsewhere i would never step in Ashley again. Bad bad experience didn't expect this from Ashley!:/

I purchased a rather large couch and ottoman from Ashley Furniture about six months ago. It looked really nice on the showroom floor. The delivery company (contracted third party lowest price company I'm sure) Showed up to install my 500+lb couch with no hand truck or lay down dolly or lifting tools whatsoever. I was the last stop on their ridiculously overloaded work day. By the time they reached my house their power tools were dead. Since I wanted my furniture I had to loan them my power tools and four wheel lay down dolly. They proceeded to struggle to get the couch in the house with the equipment I loaned them dragging the corner of the couch along the ground almost the whole trip into the house. Even with the power drill I loaned them they still failed to tighten all the legs on my couch and ottoman. So day one I was very unimpressed by the company from whom I had purchased my furniture. Yikes! Well with the install ordeal over and the couch in the house we were relieved and excited to have our new couch. Fast forward two months and the cushions started breaking down and the covers started wrinkling and stretching. TWO MONTHS! We noticed several things which I would call defects but apparently Ashley begs to differ. Zippers were in bad places which rub on the back of my knee when sitting, the cushions got all wavy and worn down. We spent a lot of money on this couch and my wife and I are very disappointed. Luckily we bought the lifetime Warranty. Ashley sent out a Specialist and they agreed to replace the cushion pillow toppers which were wearing down. The same thing is going to continue to happen with the new pillow tops and we will just have to keep getting them replace every couple months. It's been two weeks now since Ashley told us they shipped the pillow toppers. They were also supposed to contact us to make a date for another specialist to come install the pillow tops. Still no call. Terrible company as far as I'm concerned. Over priced cheaply built junk. Looks nice if you don't use it.

I purchased furniture from the Shreveport store, had it delivered on Saturday, June 10, 5 days later I called the store and reported a manufacturing defect in my brand new couch. Someone andwers and each time I am told I will receive a call but no one does. I paid cash for a couch and they want to see if they can fix iit. Instead of replace it. In less than a week after delivery . I am angry and very disappointed in the service I have received from Ashley furniture. Now why would I keep merchandise that wS defected wrn I received. I paid for new furniture not something that already has to be repaired. I am very dissatisfied with the way this female, veteran had been treated. So now I have to make a trip to the store myself because of Ashley's poor customer service practices

I want a delivery truck to my house to pick up half of my incorrect order at 1814 Prescott drive. Your furniture is garbage, your customer service is garbage and your warehouse delivers damaged furniture. I disputed my credit card and will contact the Better Business Bureau as well. I want the damaged furniture out of my house ASAP.

We purchased a sofa and loveseat on 2/4/17. We were promised that delivery would be at a time convenient to us. Alas, this is a LIE. Now we are being told that "the computer generates the delivery routes and times and we have no control over it." We told customer care that ANY day is fine, just before 3pm. That seems to be a very large time frame. Numerous calls to the store and the customer care line have done NO good. Honestly, I would cancel my purchase if I would not be charged a 10% restocking fee.

This is a horrible company more than one month and still waiting for my furniture. Deliver half and others are not delivered. Customer support mislead you giving wrong information. If they continue to work like this, will be out of business very soon.

On Nov. 21 I placed an order at Ashley Homestore 2671 NW Federal Hwy. Stuart, Fl. 34994 for 4 bar stools Invoice # 425039/35 with the agreement the stools would be available for pick up the next day 11/22/16.
However on 11/22/16 I was told they did not ship and wouldn't be available until 11/29/16.
Having waited another week I was then told by Jerry Sauber the stools were never reordered... He said someone dropped the ball and wanted to ship the chairs directly to my home. Yet another wait with delivery set for 12/4/16. On 12/4/16 I received a phone call confirming delivery between the hours of 12:30 & 3:30 pm.
Having arrived home at noon I received a voice message saying the driver arrived early at 11:00 am. Once again... NO DELIVERY!
As if this wasn't frustrating and disappointing enough I phoned the Stuart, Fl. Store and spoke to Lisa Bienz, who identified herself as store manager. Lisa was rude and argumentative and insisted it is the customer's responsibility to be home the entire day not just the 3 hour window time given! Whatever happened to the responsibility of Customer Satisfaction?
Having already been disappointed by poor customer service?
It is my opinion that Ashley dropped the ball multiple times in my situation . All I wanted was 4 bar stools that as of yet have still not arrived at my home.
Sincerely, Maryann Muskett

I was informed that my furniture would be delivered
Be delivered between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. I called the store twice to make sure I was still on the schedule and I have been home ALL day. It is now almost 9:00 pm and I have not received my furniture. I was ensured by Ashton that it was scheduled to be delivered today and also by my sales person. This is honestly RIDICULOUS!! And now that their office is closed, I cannot
Contact anyone regarding the status. It is super inconvenient and I doubt I will be purchasing from Ashley again. My friend has a similar experience in Kentucky. I should have listened to her!!

sales order 430511420

I bought furniture ( sofa set and dining table set with chairs ) from Ashley Draper on 4th Sept 2016.
1. I was told that delivery would happen on 8th Sept.
2. On 8th sept when I got the furniture however the dining table and 1 chair was chipped and was taken back by delivery boys. Same day I got a call from your warehouse that the replacement delivery would happen on 15th Sept.
3. 15th sept came and went and nothing happened. I then called up your customer service that said delivery would happen by 21st Sept.
4. 21st Sept came and went and then I had to go to Draper store . I met up with some lady by name of Nisha who said I would get the delivery on 30th Sept since furniture is coming on 26th Sept to warehouse
5. 30 th Sept came and went and now when I called up your customer service they have no clue when the pending items would be delivered

I came to US 4 months back and am in process of building my credit. As a result I had to make this purchase from Ashley using Acceptance now. They charge me interest and on 1st Oct I made my first payment of approx $300 without me using my furniture. Fake promises are made by your staff and is complete harassment. I am legally fling a case against your company for misleading customer by making fake promises and extremely poor service. I have festive season coming up and needed furniture for that however does not look like any one from your company is really bothered to provide a resolution. Pls let me know the status of the delivery or if not what am I supposed to do. I am currently travelling out of country and can be contacted on email. I will be back on 8th Oct and hope by then there is some resolution to my problem.

I would love for the owners of Ashley Furniture Homestore, the Dufresne Spencer Group, better known as DSG, to contact me to discuss the poor quality of the sofa that I bought from one of their stores in Kentucky. This group states that they go above and beyond for their customers. But they haven't for me. I have been dealing with their response team for two months, but I have not received any satisfaction because they have done nothing but re-stuff one side of my two-recliner sofa and this action made the sofa look worse than when he started(stitching still does not match and indention's in seating area now are not aligned. You can see stitching on one side of couch, but not the other side. Does this sound like the excellent product and services that honors God and blesses your customer that you speak of in your company's mission statement?

Worst customer service ever. Phoebe was rude, insinuating "You did not receive your couch that way" after all springs burst within 6 months of purchase! Instead of offering replacement and apologizing, they offered me a "spring kit". Here we are one month later. THREE cancelled deliveries of the replacement couch. Just learned that they have been backordered and I should never have been given any of the delivery dates. I was told by customer service "if you had accepted the spring kit you wouldn't be waiting for a delivery". When reported her I was told I misunderstood what she said???!! Read horror stories online about ashley. Their own site has 942 reviews with a 1.3 rating. When I mentioned this Phoebe at customer service her response was "that's just an opinion, not fact" Their customer service is killing them. What happened to "the customer is the only reason you are in business"?????

My son went to store in a Southwest state to purchase a mattress. He found one that he liked and the salesperson didn't want to sell it to him and insisted that the Ashley brand was better. My son said that he did not want the Ashley brand. He asked about delivery and was then told that delivery would take 30 days. My son told the salesperson to keep it and left without making a purchase. He purchased a mattress at another store and it was delivered the next day! Your customer service leaves much to be desired.
