Very disorganized with billing, I had received several bills in the same month with big amounts of money, when I call they give to me different explnations.

This is a joke, I pay 150.00 a month and cable is offline more than its on no internet service either time for a change

This service is horrible. They came to hook up my Internet service and in the process, kicked my cable out (different provider). They REFUSED to come out stated their guy doesn't bother the cable line (which he clearly did). I had to pay my cable provider $50 to fix the following day. He had to replace the line coming from the dish. Once again Horrible Service!!!!!!!!

This is how things started 4 months ago when I was down for 4 days cause u guys send out a retard to fix my problem results cables running thru my drive way and my neighbors driveway for days no TV. And u guys apologize up and down and u will make things right by discounting this months bill and nothing was done 5 months later I'm in collection for $ 305.00 when we just made a payment on 12-12-14 for $ 118.00. Desapointed in ur actions. For a 20 year costumer desapointed

Called about my bill 3 times to get my information and kept getting desconected when they put me on hold. Asked for a supervisor all 3 times and I was blown off all 3 times. That I can help u with ur bill and the bottom line is that they couldn't help me with my problem and aggregate us for the 4 the time and as a costumer for the last 20 years u have lost them. They couldn't do anything about it desapointed after been faithful all these years. I will pay u guys what I owe and this relationships is over.

Not happy with Bright Service or lack of service. I've been trying for the last two weeks to find out where to pick up a new HD Box as we have to turn on by hand, our box is old. Tried calling, did email and so upset thinking of looking into another service. Get an answer on my emails saying will hear from them within 24 hours, not happening. Via phone, wait 15 minutes and get cut off, you can see why wear ent happy. This morning after getting cut off twice, finally got a girl and she said there is a Bright House in Tarpon Springs, where we live and for me to go pickup a box. Will try this, hopefully this will solve our problem. Gail Giroux

I just had brighthouse come out today to fix the cable which has been down for 2 days. Was told all would be good when the tech departed. NOT !!!!! So tired of their BS service !

There service and customer service just stinks! Why does the router need to be rebooted multiple times a day? Why does paying for upgraded internet speed NEVER approach what your paying for? Why do they offer apps that don't work and NOBODY seems to be able to discuss intelligently? (BH app for TV on your computer is advertised as part of their services that you pay for but is a BETA version that does not work; when calling for help you get routed overseas to someone who reads off a list and has no clue of the issue. I've has VERIZON FIOS in the past but now trapped in a community with a long term contract with BH !! It reminds me of the old days up north when there was only one provider (Cablevision) and they made billions, You should have seen how much more service and reduced prices came into play once there was competition and better service from Verizon!!!

we just switch from our old company to Brighthouse 3 days ago and we already having problems with connection wireless internet and to reach costumer service in Orlando area it is the worst, no one answers our calls We run a business and we need this to be fix.IT IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER.

I just had my Internet hooked up yesterday and today no wifi service ??? Really ??? My only day off this week and I'm trying to fix their screw up. So pissed off today in Orlando :(

Very poor communication for customers in brevard county.Very dishonest when brighthouse won't answer the support phones or even post the problems they are having.
I for one am contacting the local news channels and FCC for burying their heads in the sand and not being honest

I can't get a hold of ANYONE about the fact that none of my 3 cable boxes are working and my internet has really started acting up the past couple days too!

We recently had a situation with our home phone. I was out of town, my husband was home alone. Unfortunately, he has had a heart attack and has six stints...not your fault, but when our home phone went out, it took six service calls for it to be repaired. I was gone a week, and he had no service while I was gone. It was repaired at nine p.m. after I returned. The other problem is that I was waiting for a call from Disney regarding a transfer at my work location. The call came, according to the call log, but they could not leave a message. If I do not get this job because of your company's incompetence, I will be most unhappy.
