We stayed at the comfort inn Alexandria this past weekend. The hotel is under construction. I completely understand that this needs to be done in order to improve. However spending 139$ a night which is very high and having terrible service is unexpected. The lobby was freezing because the door was open the entire time for construction. And the process to check in took awhile. There was no microwave in the room, the bath water did not get hot, we were only given 1 towel, no trash can in the room, the wifi was very slow, the fridge did not get cold, there were very few TV channels. Plus our room was dirty. There was old lotion on our window sills when we got there. The carpets didn't even looked vacuumed around the edges. I would expect this if I spent 79$ a night but not for this price. I will not be back. And you need to fix this.

I stayed at Comfort Inn Pasadena, Ca. After a 7 hr drive to see my dying aunt, I checked into the comfort inn. My first impression of the desk help after waiting 5 minutes for him to appear, he was fat and slovenly dressed. He (leonard) failed to make eye contact and then mumbled something I had no idea what he was saying.I had to ask him to repeat it twice. The night continued to deteriorate as I could hear every slamming car door and the other guests around my room were slamming doors and smoking on the balcony coughing loudly. I tried turning on the a/c to drown the noises. When morning finally came I could hardly wait to check out. A new gentleman on the desk did the paperwork and finally asked how my night went. I told him it was awful and I'd never stay their again. His reply? Nothing. Not sorry or anything. I have never seen such bad customer service skills and rudeness. They should rename the place uncomfortable inn!

I stayed at the Comfort inn at Bonita Springs, FL. I was lied to about a pool that was suppose to be used by us but instead the city wrote them up for a unsafe pool and they worked on it the whole time we were there. they false advertised and also they had very loud pounding all day and part of the night. it was the worse place we ever stayed in and the manager refused to call us and discuss this while we were there. we called several times to try and reach him but he never talked to us. We are going to talk to our Senator about this and let him know this should be unexceptible to lie to guests about a pool being accessible.

Is Comfort Inn & Suites in Navasota,TX accustomed to price gouging during events held in this city? That's exactly what is happening because I just booked one room for $190.00 for one nights stay. That's above the normal price for a room on any other weekend. I will discontinue my patornidge at this chain in the future due to these circumstances.

We Will Fax Your Copy Of Our Paid Cas Receipt /call To Your Hotel Management Did Nothing As The Said They Would Take Care Of It And As Were Are Seniors On A Fixed Income There Should Have Never Been Us Getting Charge Twice/when We Paid 203 Dollars/who Pocketed The Money We Paid

And Why Doesnt Some Call Us Back /as They Have Yet To Take Hold Off Of 203 On My Wife Debit Card

Staying at Comfort Inn Windsor on Dougall. They had us booked for last night not tonight. They said they would credit us for last night but then said we had to go thru booking.com. Called booking.com and said hotel could refund our money but then front desk guy said he couldn't!!?? We can hardly drive in parking lot because snow is so deep from snowfall last night!! Almost got stuck with car and almost fell walking!!! Disgusting!

Yesterday we had an incident in a Michigan comfort inn. The pool there which my husband and I were ready to use had no electricity. The darkness was as I saw it a drowning accident ready to happen. The children were cautious because of being afraid of getting in someone else's way. The best they could do is put a lantern on a table by the pool. I thought maybe maintenance could be notified to solve the problem. There was no one to fix it. We originally choose the hotel because it had a pool. I hope the parents of the children get a refund.

My lady and booked on booking not knowing anything but we have stayed at choice hotel for the last 10 years.
So I book the room not sure when we'll get there due to work tracfic.but we keen it would be no later then3.oo at the latest.So we check in and the room's suck.After 2 nights of waking up with headaches mind you on a vacation.I talked to someone at the front deck very nice help ful I said I had no idea that this hotel was under construction number one and this is just a old holiday inn as I sent a week here 40 some years ago.What a joke it the same as when I stayed here less the bar and resterant so called under construction mold behind the wallpaper ceilings paint and plaster falling off.If I knew that this place was like this I would have stayed at the place next door.So I got another crappie room and the manager said she would comp us a night.Well let's see how that's going to work as we already paided for the last night.When the front desk asked me if I wanted them to keep the the money's for the next night the change I thought what a joke either the manager did not say anything or these people are just money gripping nuts.We will be leaving today never to return here.

we stayed at comfort Inn Dec 10 pearl Mississippi. I woke up with bite marks in me. in thought A mosquito might have been in the Room. I'm now home and I have noticed more an more since I've been home. come to find out my dr told me its bed bug bites. omg this is the worse nightmare ever. how do I treat these how do I get rid of this problem I got at your hotel

I work for a roofing company and we are staying at Comfort Inn Chester Va 2100 w hundred rd and it has been a very bad experience. The Manager her name is Neshia was extremely rude to many of my co workers. The company pays almost 4000 dollars a week for our employees but due to the unsatisfaction we will take our business to another hotel.

I stayed at a comfort inn in Painesville, OH. I saw bedbug in rm 306, they moved me to 316 quickly. In rm 306 I killed the bedbug myself. they quickly moved me when i made it know to the desk worker. Neither manager and general manager were there at the time. Next day I was told the GM wasnt there at checkout time and she would be giving me a call. I did not ever receive a call back.
I called her back the next day late afternoon. She treated me like an idiot, said there is no bedbugs there because she hired bedbug sniffing dogs. and made sure they were not there. I like to know where the they find these bedbud sniffing dogs. The General manager Phyllis A. Schley is the woman who rudely dealt with me on the phone in both her curtness, and her blatant lies. The customer service number takes forever to get talking to someone on, and when you do get through you get hung up on. So I am upset and does no good, because there isn't any reimbursement for my woes.

On Nov 10 while travelling from Regina to Winnipeg we got caught in a huge snow storm with white out conditions and we made it to Virden where we were advised by RCMP to pull over and spend the night as conditions were horrendous in the Highway. The Comfort Inn had rooms and as I prepared to. Oil one I told the desk manager that I had my dog with me . " We do not allow dogs " She said I could go to Brandon -90 Kms away as the Comfort Inn there accepts dogs . I told her we were advised by RCMP to stay off the roads and she said there was nothing she could do . I asked if she was aware of the storm and she said thee was nothing she could do. I offered to leave a damage deposit-explained my dog was none shedding and had her own bed to sleep on . Nope- she could have cared less. I have stayed in Comfort inns with my dog when I travel across country and never had a problem and given the weather circumstances I feel she could have made an effort to accommodate me. Very poor customer service. Will be posting this everywhere I can and encouraging g dog owners to avoid Comfort Inn

My husband, granddaughter, dog and I have recently moved from Massachusetts to North Carolina. The first trip down we picked your Comfort Inn Capital Beltway/I 95 in Beltville, MD as a perfect mid way stop and a reasonably priced "pet friendly" hotel. For the price, the accomodations were just fine. I am sending this letter with regard to one particular employee at the front desk. Her name is Stephanie. I am sorry I don't know her last name, but I need to tell you how very lucky you are to have her in your employ. She is friendly, nice and very responsible. On one of our stays we left early to avoid traffic and three hours out we realized my husband left his wallet with all his credit cards in the room. Immediately I called and Stephanie answered. After explaining the situation and being put on hold,
Stephanie returned to tell me she did, indeed, find the wallet with all intact. She then went on to assist me with regard to giving me the information I needed to have it picked up by Fed Ex and packed it up waiting for it to be retrieved. We did receive it the next day and it was a very pleasant end to a very harrowing situation. After this experience we continued using your Comfort Inn and anytime I called to speak to my husband, Stephanie graciously greeted my by name! She made us feel welcome at all times and I think she should be commended for her honesty and integrity to her job. I am sure you get all sorts of complaints but this time I wanted to take the time to tell you about an extraordinary young woman you have hired for your front desk. Good job!! She deserves recognition.

I am writing this complaint as there was not even an answer to a Better Business Bureau complaint from Comfort Inn and Suites Kew Garden New York City. Your staff stole $1100 in cash from me on Sept 12, 2017 I want it back.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn on Bee Street in Charleston South Carolina and it was infested with roaches buds we called the front desk and they said they could move us to another room but what's the use in that when one room has them all of the rooms has them they never even offered to give us our money back or anything else we we have stay here several times and will never stay here again

On 10/21/17 we tried to stay at your Sleep Inn at 3043 Hiers Corner Rd, Walterboro, SC. We checked in and went to room on first floor and right away my wife's nose started burning and itching so we went outside to see if it cleared up and after a bit it did. We went back inside and it started again...obviously she was allergic to something in there so we went to front desk and asked for refund on my credit card and was told we were there over an hour (barely) so no refund ! Our time inside the room was minimal due to the irritating smell in the room and were outside most of the time... we left the room exactly as we found it but No Refund...really !! Please do the right thing and refund our credit card under the name of Benton Lockwood.

Comfort Inn Kansas City, KS has BED BUGS. Manager's way of addressing the situation was to avoid speaking with us. How completely unprofessional and unsanitary.

I am a Legally Blind individual and possess one small kitten as a pet. I stayed at Comfort Inn, located in Lantana, Florida, during the massive Hurricane Irma. Even though the Governor of Florida requested that all hotels allow "Pets" to seek refuge with their owners, no matter how hard I pleaded, no matter how much I begged, and no matter how many hundreds of dollars I offered, my "Natasha", the Head Supervisor, would NOT allow my kitten to be with me during my 5 night stay. There were no other hotels, clear up to Martin County, with a vacancy. HOW could this woman be so dreadful??! The reason I am even submitting this review is during the middle of my stay, I noticed a LOOSE PITBULL in the main Lobby!! Brown with white paws.. When I stated I was told that there were absolutely No Pets allowed inside the hotel, the clerk "Chris" informed me that the PITBULL was the Head Supervisor's canine and that she lived upstairs. I then mentioned that the dog shouldn't be permitted to Run LOOSE through the Halls of Comfort Inn! It turns out this Head Supervisor, "Natasha" was "partying" during the Hurricane and was Drunk out of her mind. She so Loudly informed her co-workers she was "buzzed". So while "Natasha" is drinking alcohol and her PITBULL is running Helter skelter through the hotel, my tiny kitten is crying, in her cage, outside the locked doors of Comfort Inn. The Rain was pouring down, the ghastly winds were howling - what could I possibly do? I called my Veterinarian's private number and for a price I won't even mention, he rescued my kitten. Conclusion: Natasha, you will be Reported.

On Saturday 16th September I went into the Comfort Inn on Sunset Blvd Hollywood CA to inquire about the rates. The man at the front desk told me the rates and I told him I would do the booking another day. I went through the door then went back inside to inquire if there was a taxi service on the outside. The man told me I can't stand at the desk and I cannot put my bag down, I went on the outside and he followed me to tell me I can't stand on the outside and if I don't move he is going to call the police and tell them I stole something. I was so startled that someone representing your company would go to such length to be nasty to a prospective customer, I really was going to do a booking but I have never been so humiliated in my life that someone could even suggest that they would tell the police I was stealing knowing it's a lie and also he doesn't know me.

I am writing to you to express my disappointment in your hotels treatment of our military members. Last night a young United States Air Force Airman who was on his way to his first duty station in Utah was denied a room in your hotel. This young man is driving all the way from Kentucky to Utah. The Air Force does not allow them to travel more than 500 miles a day so the trip will take him 4 days. Obviously this young man will need to stay in hotels overnight along his way . But last night after driving his 500 miles he was refused a room in your hotel near blue rapids mo due to not being 21 even after showing his military id. I understand it is policy not to rent rooms to people under 21 but most hotels make exceptions for the men and women in the military who have volunteered to protect and serve them! Thankfully he did find a days inn down the road who had enough respect for the military to rent him a room for the night. This young man is a family friend and a good friend of my 19 year old son who is also an Airman. Due to this unacceptable policy and treatment of our military, no one in my family or close friends will ever be staying in a comfort inn again( we have stayed in several in the past) as your hotel obviously does not believe in honoring the sacrifices of our great military. Shame shame shame on you guys to put us out during storm harvey.We were there Friday before any storm or rain.And the staff and management let us pay day for day no problem at all.Then five days later they said somebody made reservatios and we couldnt pay again.They could have gave a courtesy call or something.We could have paid what asked for.The manager name Marie was very nasty about the whole situation and even threatened us with calling the police,for nothing.This was a nightmare during a storm

if you are handicapped, esp with a w/c...do not go to Moline, Il. Comfort Inn...we booked 5 days, online... i wrote about my special needs, when i got there they didnt have any handicapp rooms except with 1 bed...so we had to take a reg 2 bed room...no shower assist chair the door opened back covering the tub..the jacuzi barely worked and im told the pool was ice cold...not like i would know b coz the handicapp lift was broken, staff didnt have a repair date..staff was in no way helpful ..no matter what i asked or requested they didnt have it, couldnt get it...and was rather indifferent... went to have a nice time first vacation in over a year...no help or assistance was ever available....i told my son to find a luggage cart to help bring things in and it was being used to move old TV sets..... wifi sucked...and they needed new tv... breakfast was the only thing that was pretty good....will never go to or recommend comfort inn .. then after 5 days paid I extended 1 more day and was charged a extreme price... why i didnt go elsewhere? because they had about 500.00 tied up and was told if we cancel that they would return the money to my acct in abt a week...so we stayed......NEVER NEVER AGAIN
