I recently visited the Hardee's restaurant at 1590 First street in Winston Salem, 9:30 AM, September 26, 2023. As I was exiting my car, a black male was standing outside the entrance door talking on a cell phone. This individual yelled to me, "drive through" which told me the dining room was closed. About that same time another couple was walking toward the door who heard his comment about the drive through only and continued walking out of the parking lot. As I was leaving the lot I rolled my window down and casually mentioned to this individual that they (Hardee's) was losing business by not having the dining room open. He yelled back and said he only had one person working which reinforced my belief that he was the manager. As I continued to drive off he yelled "f___ you" and I returned the compliment. As I continued to drive off he said in a threatening manner, come back here and do something about it! Recognizing this individual had no regard for customers and certainly no regard for the Hardee's Corporation I didn't feel a confrontation would serve any purpose. When I arrived home I attempted to call Hardee's customer service and was directed to their website. I don't expect anyone from the corporate office will read these comments, but I have no intention of ever doing any business with this restaurant chain again. You'd think they would spend a little more time vetting their employees instead of hiring throwbacks?

Hardee's of andalusia al was very rude and I never got all of food I ordered Saturday morning. I ordered number 3 and never got my hashbrowns. The servant was very hateful and the store manager didn't say anything about how the servant wS talking to me so bad at me. This store is In andalusia al. My phone number is 334-892-3069 Donald. I am still very upset how I was treated T this Hardee's Saturday morning. I want to talk to the ceo about this morning

Hardee's on Alabama avenue in chesnee,S.C.
Everyone that you have for employees act as children in daycare. #1:when sun is out, employees outside passing ball#2: Putting cold and stale food through the drive thru window #3: No matter what time of day day there isn't anyone around to take orders and it's worst place in town to try and get Breakfast,lunch,or dinner.No one is ever ordering there or dining there because they keep doors locked and service is very poor with stale cold food.

I ordered on the app yesterday, I put new card info in and they charged that card, but the order didn't go thru. I had to use a different card and they took money from that one too! I want my money back, but it seems to take an act of god to get in touch with anyone!

I stopped yesterday at Hardee's on palm beach blvd. in Ft. Myers for a burger and fries. I was very disappointed at the quality of this food. Burger was sloppy and didn't have fresh toppings and fries were stale. I threw most of it away. You need to retrain the staff as well. Maybe even shut this place down. I'll never return.

My daughter worked at the Hardee's in Bridgeport AL she has been trying to get her paycheck now going on 4 months this is ridiculous the manager keeps telling her they have sent her paycard which has never came now he said they mailed it a week ago every week she gets told this ridiculous I'm fixen to contact every news station there is and blast this company for what they are doing to her

Went to Burger King in Moultrie #5356. Order number562. The food was cold. The double cheese burger did not have cheese?!? Not sure that qualifies as a cheese burger.coke and sprite were flat.

Hi I was just in your Helena store and was rudely talk to by your district mgr.Julie I was supposed to be there for a oreintation and I am disabled and have a service dog and she said that I didn't have documentation which is not the two questions she's allowed to ask me and the day before kari the general mgrin training said that I couldn't have a service ? ? but according to the Americans with disabilities act I in fact can under federal guidelines she called me yesterday and said that she had to reschedule the orientation and I said I had a ultrasound appointment tomorrow and could show up afterwards and when I get there today she c as lled me a liar and I left Peacefully but I will let you know that I am going to be getting ahold of the department of labor over this so nobody else experience with what I have been through

West Wichita Ks Store on Tyler over 12:13p pd- 20 minutes in the drive through. 7/9/22. Multiple drive through customers left angry. The girl working the window was rude, rolled her eyes when asked what was taking so long by the drive customer behind us got out and came to the window. Poor customer service on 1st visit. will not return. All drive through customers left

Good morning,

Sorry to bothering you knowing your schedule is full. But, I just think you as CEO needs to be aware of how your General Manager Sandra McLean is treating her customer in front of her employers. I normal go in the mornings around 7:15am. I've had bad food/experience on numbers times. When I get to work that's when I think I'm good, but that doesn't happen. Either way the food looks precooked,to oily,or just brunt.
Try calling Burger King # 5061
All morning and day noone answer the phone. Then when I go back the Manager has a very bad attitude cause I'm complaining about the food not fresh,precooked,and grease,brunt. With old cinnamon buns as while. The employers act like they are afraid to say anything or address the customer. The quality of the food has gone down. Point is I checked my bag she the Manager didn't have all my food,had to park go in to get my other biscuit,then like I said once I did to my job, I had to clock out to return the food with putting up with the attitude, as I was leaving I did inform her I see why your employers act the way they act. Also, informed her when i pay my money for food, i want my food to fresh,hot and ready to eat. Once again sorry for bothering you. Weather you contact me or not I want be going back.

for years ive order a steak biscuit with a tomato on it this morning i was told they didnt cut tomato until lunch what changed over the year hardees didnt mind charging we extra for tomatos it sound like your staff at the hardees on hwy 39 and nhills st in meridian ms are to sorry to do there jobs this morning so i left didnt order anything and dont plan on going back your staff is to sorry to do there jobs

Hardees on Oaklawn blvd in Hopewell super slow 45 minutes for chicken is ridiculous Im gone try my best not to go there again breakfast be. Old and cold and old greasy hash rounds yall needs to do better!!!

Please review your store 0n Hwy 39 in Meridian, Ms, for 3 straight days I've gotten wrong order once I reached my destination, I called back to store each time never can speak directly to a manager about this problem.

I was in there one day too order some food. The manager that waited on me she was very rude and her breath smelled like alcohol. The manager name was jess. She should be wrote up and fired and she was all so rude too friend of mine.

This location has told me they offer military discounts. Regardless if I am in uniform or out, I ask If I can apply my discount, and I am told I can. I make sure to have my identification always visible when I hand my payment over, and I'm often told it's acceptable... but it's a 50/50 if they actually apply the discount or just lie to my face and say it's usable and they do not input it in.

I go there because it's convenient and for the discount... could you kindly advise them to keep to your standards. Honestly, it's not lost on me for the attention to detail for everyone to adhere to the policies provided... the money is not the issue, I hope it isn't personal from your employees, and I hope nothing in my food is being negatively tampered with... but all these things come to thought when denied a service openly provided.

08/01/2020 I visited store # 150183 107 Buffalo rd Clinton Tennessee. I ordered via driveway. Which was a long wait. Could not upstanding the lady that came on the speaker due to talking so fast.

I really got to the window to pay..1. Not plastic. Guards up,. 2. Employees had mask on but they down below their noses. 3. None the employees had gloves on. I ask why they were not wearing gloves & was told that holes come in them after while.

Our country has COVID-19 .

This location has possibly 85% elderly customers daily.

Where is these employees heads during this virus time. Hardee's needs to step up & help stop this disease. That this location.

I was recently at the Hardee's in Springfield Illinois on Clearlake avenue I was ordering breakfast not one employee was wearing a mask or gloves or any safety gear. We are in the middle of a pandemic and other restaurants put the safety of their customer as a high priority it is sad that Hardee's does not. I will put on Facebook that the local hardees in clear lake ave in Springfield it does not care about the health of their customers and customers should avoid going to Hardee's and go to a restaurant that cares about the safety of their customers like McDonald's

I went by Hardee's yesterday for a late lunch after I finished work.sat in drive thru line for at least 30 min,but with only drive thru open,that is not your fault.my problem is I ordered 3sliders no cheese.when I got home they made them with cheese and must have realized that was wrong bc they tried to pull cheese off of burger so I ended up with little pieces of cheese stuck to party and bread. I am allergic to cheese,so was unable to eat my food.I didn't have a ride to go back to return them so I was stuck with food I paid for but could not eat.Terrible after working in the heat all day then finally getting something to eat and it's covered in cheese pieces.gross.

I got a pork chops combo actually twice approx.two weeks apart. First time very little gravy on pc biscit. Second time I order at drive thru and order same combo and tell work person ,be sure and put gravy on biscuit, before leaving I look to see if gravy was there and very hard to find once again and I tell worker there hardly any gravy and she looks at it and says that's all they put. I can't buy that. Either put gravy on or take off completely. Our store is in Lafollette tenn. I'm very unhappy with this type of adbertisement. The biscuit resembles nothing like the order picture. In fact I think I deserve another biscuit free for ordering twice disappointed.

Drive through at the Elkhorn Nebraska location 5:30 pm. Wednesday night. The bag had grease running out bottom. I pulled the burger out and it fell through bottom of the box it was so saturated with grease. Wonder how long it had been sitting before they gave it to me. All other restaurants in the area had lines going through drive through. The service and product I got explains why

I watched your gm assault an employee that was holding her child yesterday! The girl came in and was trying to talk about her schedule and get a check. When the girl went to walk around to look at the schedule the gm blocked her and shoved her and her child into the wall. Her babies head slammed into the wall and the child was crying. The women who assaulted her said "I told you there are no children allowed here" but she had 2 young kids in the lobby of hers waiting for her to get off work. This isn't the first time I've seen fighting in the store or anything of that nature. Another occasion I saw two employees a taller thin black male and a tall thing teenage white male go out in the parking lot and physically start punching each other!!
