I am a very old customer of the SPECTRUM CENTER, RESTON, VA , HARRIS TEETER STORE.

I would like to congratulate your management for keeping a superb PHARMACIST, MS. ANETTE DENNEY. Not only she always greets the customers with a welcoming smile, regardless of how terribly busy she is, but she always goes the extra mile to make sure that the medications requested are promptly ready for pick up. But I have a very serious note to add: SHE CANNOT DO FIVE DIFFERENT JOBS AT THE SAME TIME!!!! Her staff has been reduced to just her and just another helper...NOT ENOUGH!!!! SHE IS LITERALLY SWAMPED!!! Can you find some more staff for that
pharmacy to help her out? the last thing we all customers would like to hear is that she quit due to lack of support form Harris Teeter's Management!

We LOVE TO KEEP MS. ANNETTE DENNEY. PLEASE, SEND HE RTHE NEEDED EXTRA HELP SOON!

I was at the Harris Teeter ( Store #136) in Wake Forest, N.C the other day where I was helped by the most knowledgeable and gracious employee I have encountered at this store since I have been shopping there the past few months. Ms. Samantha was a tremendous help as I was trying to buy seafood for an upcoming family get together, and I wanted to make sure the seafood was fresh and she gave me some tips to look for such as to pay close attention to the texture of the meat, the eye clarity, and most importantly the smell. I must admit I never knew about how to ensure my seafood was fresh but she was on top of her game. The seafood I prepared was fresh and I received many great compliments on how good and fresh everything tasted after I had prepared the meal for my family... Ms. Samantha played a tremendous role and making sure I had the very best experience while I shopped for seafood, and other meats from the meat department at store #136. Again, I owe Ms. Samantha for making my family meal a huge success.

All help and cashiers were great. THE PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR IT DEPARTMENT. Registers are not updated to reflect your the e-vic sale price. The problem is so bad that after numerous frustrating checkouts, I have taken to printing out the e-vic specials to use at the checkout and even then I sometimes have a problem. PLEASE FIX THIS--IT IS DESTRUCTIVE OF THE EXPERIENCE YOU ARE TRYING TO CREATE.

Harris Teeter is now forcing me to Shop at other grocery stores online.
Because of the ridiculous online shopping system & the online customer service people when you call in on THEIR main HELP ONLINE.

Was so happy when they opened a new store in West Ashley SC I do all my shopping there. However the pharmacy is poorly ran, under staffed. Under stocked, they have to order your meds half the time. They keep closing their drive through because they are to busy. It's sad and it's clear they need help. I've had to move all my meds to another pharmacy.

I went to Harris Teeter that was located by duke st. Alexandria, VA. I placed an order on Saturday to pick up on Monday. Sinidu, the women at the cake station was very patient and had an excellent customer service. She helped me out with my order and made the process easier. When I came in to pick up, my order was exactly like I wanted. She was very nice about everything. Because of her I will be back to order more things at the store.

Store #51, the meat department; the butcher refus d to cut a rump roast stating he won't be having rump roasts til October sometime. Well I will be going to Food Lion where service is a daily thing . I suggest anyone using Hanbury Road Harris Teeter in Chesapeake Virginia to keep driving around the corner and go on to Food Lion. Service is better and so are the prics.

I went to the customer service page and was not even given a chance to submit a complaint the way you have your website set up is misleading. The produce department at the Harris Teeter where we live is a shame. The fruit is expired. I am very disappointed. I will go back to Giant who actually cares about their produce but also about the customers experience.

I have had only good shopping experiences at HT, but on July 27, I bought a bunch of Broccoli Rabe, and was very disappointed. You (HT) are the only store in the area to sell this item, so there is no going to another store. When I looked at the vegetable at the store, I could see that there were a few "yellow leaves". When I got home to cook the broccoli, half the bunch was bad. I don't mind paying what I have to pay for good vegetables, but I wanted to take back half the rotten or unbeatable portions of the bunch, and get half my money back. It has taken me a while to get over this "mad", and I will shop again at HT, but without the confidence I had before.

My nearest store is on Davis Lake parkway in Charlotte north Carolina 28269.I love Harris teeter and quality and variety of merchandise. This location has horrific customer service. I have lived her 5 years and have been tolerating it because of the value and selection. I visit the store 5-7 days a week at all different times. The front end of the store is so mismanaged. You rarely get a smile or service from the employees. That's if you can even find an employee. The meat and seafood people are ghosts 90 percent of the time. I could write a list of what my poor customer service has been, but will not fit in this comment box. I strongly urge corporate do mystery shopping at this location to see where my awful experiences have occurred.

I realized moments ago that Harris Teeter carries FAIRLIFE DAIRY, a company that profits from the extreme abuse and torture of its animals. Until Harris Teeter pulls FAIRLIFE products from its shelves; I will no longer shop here. HT has been our main go to as we live 5 minutes away walking distance. I hope to one day again shop at your store.

Sincerely,

Amanda Bell, Wife/Mother

This Saturday evening, 13 April 2019, I was denied entry to carrboro Carr Mill HT on N Greensboro store 297 as I refused to surrender my backpack. I should be allowed to carry my backpack into the store. I was not offered a claim ticket just asked to leave it with a single employee working express checkout. This action demonstrates a distinct lack of trust on HT's part. This action is unacceptable

I love my Hendersonville, NC store but I cannot stand the music. It makes me tense and agitated. I am not a fan of heavy metal music. I may have to take my business somewhere else. Please help!!

My first Harris Teeter experience in Herndon repelled me from ever wanting to return to another one again. Very annoying loud acid rock music made trying to find produce prices impossible. there were no prices. when I asked the person who was stocking produce How much 3 items were that were not priced, he said take them to cashier and scan them. The assistant manager was very disgruntled to have to come out and find the prices for these items and took them to the service counter to print labels out... while waiting the toxic music rattled my nerves to where I just left and went to Moms Organics. I told the assistant manager that the acid rock music is making the store unbearable for me and she said "I get compliments on it" so basically If you dont like the music in Harris Teeter, you dont belong at Harris Teeter. So I will not be returning to a Harris Teeter and will choose stores with no music or a non-melodic instrumental background music

I've been trying for 2 months now to sign up for a Harris Teeter Vic Card with no progress. They must know that when you click on the vic card logo all you get on the next page is a banana. You cannot sign up on line and this website needs to be updated properly. The store employee told me I would have to sign up online but it doesn't work at all. Is this to keep people from signing up because if so it sure is working.

Last Sunday, I was at my local Harris Teeter #340 in Huntersville, NC. The Deli Manager waited on me at the deli. First of all she was noticeably irritated by her glaring stare, because I took her away from whatever she was doing. She was again irritated because I asked her to lay my cheese in a "shingled" way...which after giving me my package of cheese, it was not...it was all stacked on top one-another, which means it will all stick together. Anyway as she was cutting my cheese, I noticed her long hair was not pulled back, but in fact, hanging down and touching my cheese. I work in the food industry and know that is a health code violation. Her hair is supposed to be pulled back or under a hat or hair net. I emailed Harris Teeter and they told the store manager to contact me. He called me. I went to the store to talk to him. He told me he had a talk with the deli manager and said he told her to "get a new hair style." Seriously, a new hair style!!! That's it!!! I was not at all satisfied with his so-called apology." So, today I went to HT to get some items, and guess who was working in the deli slicing meat and making subs for customers with her hair hanging down exactly like it was the week before? I couldn't believe it! I saw the store manager, but decided not to say anything to him, because he obviously had seen her already and knew she had not changed her "hair style." I'm more likely to believe he had just been patronizing me the other day and had no intention of even talking to the deli manager about anything. So, I'm calling the corporate office here in Matthews, NC, to get something done. It disgusts me to think that both of them don't care about her hair getting in the customer's food. What I should do is contact the health department. Maybe I will!!

I am writing on 1/16/17 about the deterioration of the once fine Harris Tester store in Fulton, Md. also known as Maple Lawn. The produce is average and often don't have fresh potatoes of all kinds. Produce seems to be over-watered and wilts faster. Items are often out of stock. The store has gone downhill since Eric as manager left. There are long lines and not enough cashiers often just before dinnertime when many people get home from work and are shopping for dinner. Please help improve this store and bring it back to the well-organized, clean, neat machine it used to be with a friendly manager.
