I am "Best Customer" and spend well over $100/week, every week for years.
I went into Kroger and could not find a turkey over 13 lbs, so I bought 2 turkeys. I never saw a sign that said "only 1 turkey at sale price", so I was charged FULL price. One was $7 + and the other one was $17 +. So I lost $10 on that deal, when U could easily come back 30 minutes later or bought at Walmart. I called and talked to a store manager and all she could offer was "well, it's in the ad". When I told her I didn't read the ad, she said "I'm sorry" and refused to make any concession. I will miss Kroger, but employees are more concerned with THEIR rules than keeping good, loyal customers! They are willing to lose Over $5000/year over $10.

I would like to know how come everytime I go to our local Kroger store shelves are always empty on items that we buy. With gasoline the price it is I go to the store and come back home with nothing and my wife asked me where things are and I have to tell her that the shelves are empty again. So then I gotta listen to her when she gets bent out of shape plus I'm already bent out of shape because none of the things I went after was there. Also two weeks ago we was coming home to a construction by our house and one of your truck's pulled out in front of us. I have a CDL and I am a truck driver I know the responsibilities of driving a tractor trailer. Also would like to know that people like us get beat down because we don't have digital coupons on our phones we don't have Internet how can we get our coupons? Not very fair to people don't have internet and smartphones. Someone please call me my name is Chuck Bell my phone thank you. October 21st at 7:50 p.m.

It's a shame that law enforcement can't refuse service to those who so completely disrespect them like your cashier did in the Houston area did. WHO do you think will respond to your request for help during a robbery and do so without hesitation....the very people your cashier disrespected.

I saw a news report that, more than once, a customer was refused service by Kroger cashiers for wearing apparel supporting police officers. What is your corporate policy on this? Do you allow your employees to refuse service because someone's T-shirt is offensive to them?

The Kroger Compnay

Good Afternoon. I am taking the time to write this in regards to how poorly your stores general service is. How is it that your employee's refuse service to Police Officers and supporters of Law Enforcement, yet your company has no response to these incidents. Really, how sad, that the company you represent cannot stand up for what is right. Tell me, in detail what would happen to an employee who refused service to someone wearing a "Black Lives Matter," t-shirt in reference to the fact that the employee claims they are offended by the very content of that shirt. Exactly, you and your company would be sunk, especially if there was no response to the incident or termination of the employee immediately. There would be so much backlash to your company you would experience great difficulty. Yet nothing happens in these incidents in which you have deemed fit by the actions of your company in regards to not servicing supporters of Law Enforcement and Police Officers. What happens when you need help at one of your many stores and one of your employees calls 911. Yet in response you are met with no service from the Police Department or Sheriff's Office. They simply don't show up. What would happen then? Interesting isn't it, how your company can skate by with no consequences when confronted with not doing the right thing by servicing a customer yet in any other facet of professionalism this response would not suffice. Truly hope that you and your company step up and do what is right. However I am going to assume you will not based on previous actions, pretty sad you have no moral or ethical compass. Therefore I will not be holding my breath for an appropriate response from your company.

"The Kroger Co. values honesty, integrity, safety, diversity, inclusion and respect. We look for these qualities in the associates we hire." Source - http://www.thekrogerco.com/

The statement above is a direct quote from your company's website. Do you truly hold all associates that your company hires to this standard? If so, how are you respecting customers based on your employees actions in relation to the situations at hand? If you really hold all associates to this standard, why are these employees not being disciplined? Clearly they don't respect customers who have other values than their own and do not tolerate others, who do not share the same values. Funny how one sided that is. You can have an employee who does not respect customers and refuses them service, however if a customer disrespects one of your stores by being disorderly, one of your employees more than likely has that individual dealt with by calling the Police.

Sarah, cashier at self checkout, was so kind and patient as she assisted me with an item that I needed to exchange.

After touting the online shopping service to my daughter a full time working mother,, she waited in line for 1hour and 45 minutes in line for her order (she placed yesterday morning) - and once received, the order was incorrect. What is up Kroger? You advertise this service like crazy and then this is how it is executed?? My daughter was offered a $25 gift certificate - not even worth a dollar per hour for the time wasted sitting in a car waiting for groceries. Ridiculous!! I'll be sure to let everyone I know- plenty of young working mothers - to avoid this new service. Better to not advertise a service like this unless the kinks are worked out. Really a stupid move for a company that has such a hold on the Cincinnati market.

I need to talk to someone about an incident that happened in your parking lot tonight around 9 o'clock I have witnesses and I please call me at 817-877-6170 my name is Sharon Horton and I do have witnesses and I have pictures I can forward to you but there's an object in your parking lot that is not visible at night I hit it as I was going to do some shopping and hit it so hard that the girl at the gas station came out to see what happened and to see if I was OK there is damage to my vehicle I talk to a manager at Kroger number 694 in Haltom City Texas they suggested I contact the corporate headquarters.

Coppell store looks terrible. Shelves are not stocked. Two different managers told me they cannot get stock out of the back due to poor quality of labor. Managers are trying to stock shelves, but that gets messy because they have so many interruptions. Someone needs to solve the problem soon. It gets worse by the day. Backlog appears to be increasing instead of gaining on the problem. Please loan them a crew. . .

My wife and I have been Kroger Plus Card holders and shoppers for many years (since the Kroger in Westfield, Indiana, opened (Carey Road, NOT 161st Street)--have done so much shopping that my keychain mini-card has the laminate peeling off and won't work anymore. I thought that I had a very simple request--I tried to utilize the Customer Service on-line system to request a replacement or new card (with history transferred), but it told me that the card number that I provided was "invalid". I then placed a call with the national Customer Service number and, while I waited for a total of 21 minutes (6:48pm until 7:09pm Sept 19), tried providing the website with the number DIFFERENTLY than what was on my card (I had initially left a space just prior to the final number, EXACTLY as it was shown on my card; I then typed the number WITHOUT the space and the system finally recognized it). I finally was able to talk to a Customer Service rep who immediately asked "what company are you calling about (Kroger, Meyer, etc.)" and then told me that "we will not replace a card via the mail...". I asked if I could establish a new account for both my wife and me, and still get our history, account profile, etc., transferred to the new account. She said "yes". I then asked if she could assist with getting the new card/account, and she responded "no", you have to go to a Kroger Store." A 21 minute wait to speak to a "Customer Service (sic)" rep who told me that I must tell her what company (Meyer, Kroger, etc.)and then couldn't assist me other than to say "...you must go to a store to do this...". And she wasn't a very nice person. Your store in Westfield has exceptionally helpful and professional "service oriented" people--your national 800 "Customer Service" number has to ask what company (Meyer, etc.") you are calling about before they will discuss anything, and your web site demands that the Plus Card number is provided in a different format than the card itself shows. I'm sure that this "multitask" Customer Service platform (subcontracted??) system goes over extremely well for the HQ staff during the Cincinnati HQ operations meetings, but it certainly has changed my opinion of Kroger from "best supermarket we've seen in all of our moves" (12 military moves for 30 years and two since then), and we've loved the service and genuine effort of the very hard-working and dedicated staff in our local store since the day it opened)). (No, I'm not on the staff of the store). You have saved a minor amount of money and have dramatically butchered the total "brand experience" from a great company LOCALLY to work for, superb support of local charities, outstanding Customer Service in the store, excellent prices and excellent quality, but it just greatly disappointed a very loyal family that the Corporate staff and the Stockholders could care less about the quality of the on-line Customer Service as well as the quality of the "800" number customer service. I hope that SOMEONE knows that the brand experience MUST be consistent at EVERY point of contact with the customer. 9 out of 10 isn't even close to excellence and long term benefit.

Thanks for listening. Bob and Sandy Noce, until tonight, loyal customers. My next step is to tell the manager of our local store how the Cincinnati "suits" have sacrificed his/her hard work by disappointing a loyal customer.

I have been a loyal kroger customer for the last 20 years. I recently slipped and fell at a location in Louisville,Ky. Since then I can't get any good customer service from the store that i fell in and its so hard to get any answers.

Wow!!! What an awful customer service experience. As I proceeded to ask the meat department lady where the fish fry was because I had just purchased fish from her I'm walking she's walking she looks behind her and tells me don't follow her. GO TO Publix people you will get a better shopping experience.

The manager at kroger on 380 & carroll in Denton Texas was rude, acusitory & actively combative. I have 10 married children, 30 grandhildren & 9 great grandchildren that will never shop kroger again. As a retired peace officer & investigator I would strongly suggest you audit that stores product placement for bait & switch. Theft by fraud & deception is a crime in Texas. Rudeness & stupidity are just store killers.I will never tolerate rude stupidity towards me.

I would like to know why my points were taken! On my last receipt it said the points didn't expire until the end of September. This has been done numerous times!!! You have a survey for customers to do and you take the points. WHY???? We have been loyal customers for over 20 years, maybe we should shop elsewhere, but not Kroger. Is that what you want? I would appreciate a response back!

I just want to compliment the Pharmacy Tech at the Centerville Kroger in Snellville Georgia.. Cassie Mann has the absolute best customer service that I've ever seen from a Kroger Associate & this is coming from a former Associate of Publix Super Markets of 14 years service as a Customer Service Team Member/ Cashier Trainer.. You should be very proud to have such an amazing Team Member that represents your company so exceptionally... Thanks Cassie for going above & beyond the call of duty to make my health your priority... You're one in a million... God Bless... David Brumlow

The kroger on my neighborhood located on Teasley lnot in Denton Texas, have an employee name Angel in charge of Cashiers and there is many bad experiences I have with this gentlemen, who's ignored me when asked for help, or always have his arrogant actitud, So I'm going to move my groceries to Sprouts immediately they open. I don't like the idea of shopping on places they not appreciate our business.

Have been driving 22 miles to Kroger because of their professional pharmacists. A medication that has been costing $40 for 360 tablets suddenly is up to $72. The pharmacist checked his computer and told me there was a small incremental price increase to Kroger from the manufacturer. How does a small incremental price increase translate into an 80% price increase for the customer? After 38 years shopping at Kroger I now understand what management thinks of their customers. Starting with my next shopping experience I will drive 0.9 miles to a Publix right up the road.

Amber at the desk at your Union kroger store was extremely helpful, I needed a procedure which required no milk. I was so hungry, she directed me to the exact spot for that product. She was very friendly and understood my plight. Thanks, Amber

I wish you would just close the # 574 store in Nashville TN and sell it to another grocery store chain. You never know what to expect in this store and to be honest I only go to this store because it's conveniently located for me. Today I went to do my weekly shopping and they were out of at least 5 items I needed, had to pass on 3 or 4 items I needed because there was no price on the shelf or the product, one particular fruit item has gone up in price 3 times in a week, and I can never find anyone in the deli to serve me. It's always short staffed and it's no wonder...you should hear how the managers speak to the employees they do have and work like dogs for minimum wages I'm sure. You would have to be pretty desperate to work there. It's always a sad experience to even go in there. And don't bother if you are in a hurry.

I use to shop at The Smith's in Taos New Mexico but recently I have been harassed by their front-end manger Laura!! She has accused me of shop lifting on many occasions this past month. I have never shop lifted anything in my life. So to the front-end manager Laura u need better customer service skills cuz by harassing people the way u do u shouldn't even be a manager!!

I shop the Kroger on westhiemer plkway and mason road in Katy tx at least once a month. Unfortunately this store is going down hill. The produce is so poor like second hand items rotten fruit wilted leafy vegetables many out dated produce items. Almost like another store threw it out and this is a second hand store. Always always a line to check out only 2 lanes open yet you advertise fast check out. So many items I have purchased here are expired that I regularly CHECK ALL items for the expiration date. Employees don't move if a customer wants something and they are in front of it or restocking. HEB HERE I COME
