same as all the others service sucks sory I ever took majic jack stinks. Don't tell your friends and report to BBB. helena

I was on phone talking to majic jack and they say my address don't match and I forgets my login information and I wants to pay renew my account

I can't deal with a company that will not handle their problems. I will not renew MagicJack. They have no support of their own.

I am in Germany and I can't make Phone Calls to the USA I have the MJ for many years, never had Problems , today the sad check the internet connection. I need help
