I have attempted to contact Malwarebytes and have not received any kind of acknowledgement nor answer to my stated problem. Contacthelp likewise has not answered other than to say my question has been posted. I paid for the Premium Malwarebytes program which includes realtime protection. Unfortunately, the "real-time protection" quits working every few weeks. I submit a form and usually do not hear back from them. When I do, it is email - and I am instructed to uninstall and reinstall to fix the problem. They know all about it, but they do NOT fix it. It's frustrating to deal with a company that sells buggy software and has non-support people with NO phone number. That is a red flag right there, isn't it? Gonna switch to Microsoft's version of malware protection - at least it's free and I can contact them when I need to do so.
I spoke with one of your customer service reps recently and renewed my subscription for two years. Now I get a notice that my subscription has expired. What is going on. I called just now and got some guy who barely spoke English. I told him what was wrong and he was unable to understand what I was saying. Please have someone from your office contact me ASAP.
It REALLY ANGERS ME that someone will sell a product and NOT PROVIDE live, customer service or technical support when the product doesn't activate. This do everything by email is a very typically capitalistic predatory practice. I suggest no one do business with these people until they are prepared to support the customers they are taking money from.
