In late November I paid you a few pennies less than $50 for my two MacBook Pros. I have not been able to get any service, either from you or from an outfit that apparently got the money from my Wells Fargo Visa account.
Meanwhile you continue to offer an update version. How much will that cost?
And I thought I was buying some protection from scams.

please contact me as soon as possible by phone , so I can speak to someone about cancelling my Malwarebytes security program with your company. I am changing my internet carrier and will no longer need Malwarebytes. I have been trying to contact you for a week and am becoming frustrated. my email address but that will be changing july 14th, 2017.

I have attempted to contact Malwarebytes and have not received any kind of acknowledgement nor answer to my stated problem. Contacthelp likewise has not answered other than to say my question has been posted. I'm getting the feeling that these sites may not be actual Malwarebytes business.Why is there no acknowledgement of my queries?
