It Is Impossible To Get In Touch With Any One Of You. I Was On Hold For Over 20 Minutes, I Just Need To Speak With Credit Department. I Returned My First Shipment Of Food On 3/14 I Need To Know If It Was Received, And I Am Waiting On A Credit To Be Issued.

I have tried to talk to a supervisor to no avail. I am frustrated. I can't believe when I asked no one was not available. I have worked in retail for over for over twenty five years. If I have a customer upset I am empowered to give 50.00 off.

Hi I just received my shipment yesterday and never thought to ask why only 24 of each meals and it says months supply

I have been trying to reach Nutrisystem for two days. It is regarding my bill and being overcharged.
Approx 8 calls over 2 days each call waiting at least 30 min.
Something is very odd. When I called to sign up the call was taken immediately.
I highly do Not recommend Nutrisystem

I have been trying to reach a LIVE person for two days!I have not received my free body gym w/ 1st order. My second frozen order arrived without the changes I updATED to. It is frustrating to try to reach someone besides a robot. Ed Luby

Why is there only 24 meals for my breakfast and lunch but 28 for my dinner..Did I get screwed on my first delivery... Please let me know my second shipment is on it's way... Thanks, Larry Rodino

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE NUTRISYSTEM but your counselor support and customer service NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES. Sometimes I have to hold for over 20 mins and still no help. I have a billing emergency and need to speak to someone ASAP

I can not contact you and I am ready to screem..., NOTE to Board of Directors, 1. Fire your advertising and promotions department They repeat the info so much the phone listener wants to throw up, that's not good when your trying to sell food. 2. Fire your web IT Dept, they do not help your current customers, and with the circus like web site all you can do is order. 3. Create a new department named the common seance in working with people department

When I got my order I didn't receive a eat out book or a daily tracker & grocery guide.I have lost 11 pounds so far. I like the program. Thank you Debbie Opolony

I have not been able to reach you by phone, even though I am calling during your office hours, it says I am not and to call back. I am on my first month of your plan and still have probably two weeks of food left and I think it is getting close to my next shipment and I would like it held up for two weeks. Please call me to let me know when the next shipment is supposed to be shipped.

My last order #C89299619 contained three paper lunches that were damaged, including one of each of: black beans and rice, loaded baked potato and chicken Parmesan pasta. Please replace them or credit my account.

The number customer service is showing me I have dialed and dialed back to back over and over. When I press #l it just click and then the recording hangs up on me. That is whats been happening for the last 2 days.

I have been trying to talk to someone in nutrisystem for two days. I have chatted with 3 reprs. expressing my concerns. I want to place an order, but my husband is paying and don't want me to give his card info online. I have called 6 different numbers, plus the numbers given to me by your reprs. and I have called those numbers back to back over and over and over until one of the reprs. told me to try and this is where I landed.Because of what has occurred with Target and other companys, my husband is scare to release card info on line. Please help me so I can place this order. I am a diabetic and I want the core plan.

My husband and I have been on your system for approximately four weeks and have seen no evidence of weight or inches lost.

Can you explain why? We are both on the over 60 diabetic plan. Although I am over 60, I am not diabetic.

I had hoped by now to see the scale show some improvement considering the cost of the plan

I'm beginning to think that for us, the plan doesn't work.

Any suggestions?
