My family and I have used Ivory Original Liquid Soap for over 40 years and I find it very upsetting that I am unable to find it in the stores. I am a true Ivory girl but I do not like that foam soap that is out now. I have read other people's comments and I know that I am not the only one who would like you to please continue to produce the liquid soap and get it back into the stores. Thank you for your time.

I am so livid. First off I received an offer in my e mail and it offered me a free 72 count of tide pods. All I had to do is fill out a short survey. We'll now two hours later I have been offered and side tracked everything from oil changes to trips. I clicked on it because tide and wow no return or mention again of my tide. Now I have spent over thirty min ringing around the rose bush with your site. It's not easy to give a concern. Wow I will tell others. I can't believe my expierence

Re.reference number . I can't account for why your company has not received the Metamucil that I sent to you exactly 3 days after I received the mailing label. This is the second time that I received an email about you not receiving it. I called last time and explained what I just told you and the person said to not worry about it. This was now months ago. I am sorry that you didn't receive it, but I did my part. The problem was either with the shipper or with your company.

My comment is not on customer service experience but rather a negative review on your product.



Recently I purchased a 4 pack of Oral B tooth brushes and was very disappointed with the product.

The bristles were falling out, and getting stuck in-between my teeth leaving me dissatisfied with the product.

I like Oral B and consider it to be my brand of choice. If this issue continues with future buys, I will reconsider and will likely switch.

I recently purchased a Gillette Venus Spa Breeze from my local Asda store.

The packaging clearly states 3 blades are included however on opening the package there is only 2 blades!!

The packaging was fully sealed before I purchased this item.

I love the Gains detergent pods,but I am bothered that at times quite a few are attached. Breaking them results in a mess. Please address this issue. Thank You

Why was Dawn Power Dissolver discontinued?? Was it Government and State regulations or just a seriously bad decision of the company? I would appreciate an explanation.

Finally after years of disappointments in the changes in liquid soaps I found, refound?, the Ivory concentrated I now use for hand laundry and dishes. It takes so little and still cuts grease!. Classic fragrant. Don't change a thing. It takes me back to the 50s! THANKS

P&G: I just opened a new jug of Tide HE original only to discover it ISN'T original!!! After washing and drying a load of clothes the smell of the fragrance was gagging and over powering. No label warning of 'New Fragrance'. I am not sure why you would make that kind of a change in a chemical laden society we already live in. How about LESS original fragrance and eliminate that nasty smelling new one? Or better yet, no fragrance in anything. I will not buy any of your products again. Step up to the plate, make the change.

Dear Procter and Gamble, I recently bought your Detergent and Fabric Softener..... Fantastic product, great smell, leaves clothes lovely and fresh. Just one comment, its hard to get it out of its container, you have to really work hard to do so, it must be very hard for your elderly customers, who could possibly have painful joints, limited dexterity. Dear PG:

I notice your mega roll toilet paper is now only 3 7/8 inches wide. My old
roll of the same product is 4 1/4 inches wide. I want to know this has been
noticed and I will tell all my friends about it. I will carry a tape measure
in the future. It's quite possible I will no longer buy your brand.

I emailed a complaint regarding the purchase of two different fragranced Bold 2in1 liquitabs whhich have left a sticky residue on my laundry. I have used them in different temperatures and no difference was made. Resulting in me having to re wash in my normal Persil liquid detergent. Costing more money in liquid and electric. I have still not had a reply from my last email with any explanation as to why this has happened. Which reflects badly on your company. I HAVE ALWAYS USED BOLD AND DECIDED TO TRY THE PODS . I PURCHASED 4 PACKS and hAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A MESS . All of the Pods were clumped together in All Boxes !! I have had to cut them with scissors to try and separate them . I am Furious that I have wasted 16 pounds of MY MONTHLY WAGE ON a product which is not Satisfactory . I am asking for a refund so I may go and buy my regular Bold Liquid Please . i SHALL LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR RESPONSE . Very Dissatisfied .

I have used TIDE all of my life, but I recently bought a large (160 load) container of TIDE laundry detergent and found the product has a terrible perfumed odor rather than the traditional TIDE smell. The box is labeled "Original" but the the smell is certainly not the original. I hope that P&G return this product to its original state, otherwise when we finish this box our family will change brands of detergent.

I am a new consumer of Dawn Foam dispenser. I am very impressed with the product as far as an easy cleaning agent. However this is the second foam pump I have had to purchase as it doesn't pop up. Could I possibly have purchased 2 inferior Dawn pumps?

I also purchased a 90 pac of Tide Pods for my 93 year old Mother. I felt it would be convenient for her and make life a tad bit easier............wrong.....



The pods on top were fine and separated, Mom was thrilled at the idea. After using several, we noticed that the pods underneath were stuck together. We now have a mess and no way to separate them. Bar purchased at Sam's.........



We both are thorougly disappointed......... I can't return them and feel as though I have been "had" by PG.

I recently bought a pack of Charmin double roll 3 count. Upon opening it I discovered one of the rolls was only half it's normal size in width. What a ripoff!

Dear P&G,
As an American consumer, I know when something has been changed. Back when your Dawn dish detergent came out where you said: only a couple drops will give you mountains of suds to clean your dishes ! That was true... then. It takes more than that now. You think the average consumer must be stupid !! Your product has been diluted, so it takes more to do what 2 drops used to do.
Come on P&G, give us a break! I know the difference !

I purchased 72 pods of Tide. Some of the pods stuck together and when I tried to get them apart they broke. A very big mess. You can't wash off the unaffected pods as the water softens them.
72 pods are not an inexpensive item.

I need to let you know that I am seriously disappointed with you women's secret invisible solid, and invisible gel deoderants. I have 5 seperate (jars or bottles) of deoderant in my closet that virtually unusable because the twist thing that should push the deoderant up in order to use it does not do its job. I try to turn the little knob at the bottom and nothing happens. I love the product, secret, until this issue has always been my favorite deoderant. But if I can't use it, I can't use it.

As the width of a roll of toilet paper continues to decrease, I had a thought today. Before the paper dispenser manufacturers start making them smaller to accommodate your narrower rolls, why not make them so narrow, that 2 rolls will fit on the standard width dispenser?
