I put in a transfer on the 7th to have my paper delivered to my new address and they said I have it by the 9th and I haven't received one paper yet.Every time I call I hear the same thing I'll get that right in to my supervisor either you not contact the Houston paper delivering in Houston I.don't know.This is the 4th I have contact you and still no paper

Not happy with my carrier. Did not receive paper for two weeks. Called your help desk almost every day. Finally received Tues, Wed and Thurs. but not Friday or today. Will you please resume mailing as you used to. I know I can read online. But prefer my paper copies. Also I sometimes like to look at previous articles and cannot do do with online version. If you cannot resolve this I may have to drop the paper version and only take the online version. But I do not want to.

I believe my carrier has quit. I like the paper version. Have only received one in the last two weeks. I do not like that I can not catch up online.

I was informed today that USA Today will no longer be available in Georgia. Why? I bought one 5 days a week and rely on it for news

I'm blowing out the candles on my birthday cake as I've turned another year older waiting for your so called customer service on the phone. Someone must have a good sense of humor, however, as they the initial recording tells you it's only a 15 minute wait time (it's been 39 minutes and counting). I was hoping to give you money and subscribe to your sports newspaper but no such luck. What a lousy experience!

I wanted to let you know how disappointed I was to hear tha one of your newspaper editors would be allowed to make such a despicable statement about our President of the United States. This person shows no respect for the leader of our country and I wanted to let you know that I will never buy another USA Today newspaper again.

Dealing with your phone system is a joke. I waited online for 15 minutes and was hung up on. I called back and got the call back and was hung up on again. I felt like I was on a episode of Saturday Night Live. Except it is not funny to me.

I am trying to acquire a USA Today Life page from January 9th 2017. I called in to customer service and was hung up on. Would it be possible to get a issue from that day sent. We had a customer whose son was on the cover of the Golden Globes. His personal copy came to him smeared. We would love to help the gentleman out. We would obviously cover the expenses of copy and shipping.

I have tried repeatedly to call this 800 number, been on hold over an hour at a time, still no one ever answers and there is no other way to contact this newspaper? I just subscribedon't and already I am disappointed in this customer service department.

I enjoy reading your 'paper' several times a day...at least I did until you got those automatic sound cookies. I can't shut them off without shutting off my phone. They are very annoying and intrusive. Either I would like advice on how to shut them off or I would like them eliminated from my phone. Otherwise I will find another source for my news. Seriously. I am 71 and I don't want to be invaded by noise. I want to invite it in. Thank you.

The absolutel worst customer service I have ever seen. Their website has continuous failures - you have no idea if your order is processed or not. Constant busy signal on the National Customer Service Center number. This company is astoundingly NOT customer focused. -10 Stars!

Read paper almost every day, but wake up early & do the Crossword on-line; however, as of this week the site keeps cutting out. I just confirmed with my personal & work computers. Both cases the cursor shakes, takes time to click on area o work, and all of a sudden cuts out and you have to start all over again. As of this AM., you can't get past 15 minutes w/o a problem.
Hopefully this will help you correct. I am having no other problems with my computer sites, but here!

I live in Tucson, AZ. I get USA Today every day at the Giant Convenience Store at Kolb and Sunrise. They get 1 copy of USA Today to sell on most days. The person who delivers to them says that's all they give me!!!!! He and the store have asked for more, because they have customers who want to buy USA Today. THIS IS INSANE!!!! When you have people wanting to buy your paper and refuse to deliver enough copies you turn customers off to the paper. Can't believe that is your marketing/sales strategy, but that is what you are doing in Tucson, Arizona!!!

Crossword puzzle of USA Today on both my iPhone and Mini iPad freezes. I am unable to put letters in clues. This happened before I downloaded iOS 10 and since then.

Sprint falsely advertises discounts for veterans police fire and hospital staff. What they don't tell you is that every time you make changes to your account, the discount disappears and they don't tell you you have to reverify your status. Then when you do reverify they don't return the discount from the months you lost. Between that and the "prorations" they stole $400 from me ... I can only imagine how much they have unethically taken from their customers over the years.

Reader concern alert:

I enjoy USA Today daily by viewing the publication on my iPad. The advertising that T Mobil recently inserted is destroying the enjoyment of readership. It totally knocks out access to your paper.



Thre seems to be no easy way to delete the full page cover up, and the "continue news" arrow at the bottom is VERY misleading.



This massive distraction is very rude, and is going to be very negative for reader enjoyment.



I only hope you get my drift, as it is not often that I share my wisdom, or go to the extreme of contacting a main office.
