The internet in my office is down and every number I call for Windstream tells me I have to call back during business hours. I need to report this as soon as possible and need a number for emergency weekend maintenance.

We have service on internet and phone it is very disappointing, the phone works great, the internet we have to go up stairs at least 3 - 4 times a night to reset the the internet. It just drops out of program, I replaces my Iinksys last week it made no improvement, so it has to be in the little box which converts my system to the Iinksys.



Can I get someone out here in Elma, in the next few days, I am tried of setting turning off the power on it to reset the equipment.



I have not had any complaint until now, this has been going on for the last 2 months, and getting very tiring for myself and my wife, we now flip quarters to see who's turn it is this time, if you send me a unit, I can plug it in, and return the one I have now.

I sent a message recently about the difficulty I was having reaching anyone about my bill. I was complaining that I was told my bill would be 74.00 monthly, then I received a bill first for 96.00, something that was much higher than I was told it would be. A very short time later I receieved another bill for 192.00. After I received the first bill and couldnt reach anyone about it, I didnt pay it my service was suspended. Today I received a bill for 290.00, I have not had service since the first month, and as I said the cable was so 'low rate' my husband disconnected it the first day because what we got with an antenna was better than you wanted us to pay for. This is crazy, I'm guessing you think I'm an idiot. I will pay you the 74.00 that I was told my bill would be for the one and only month we had your service. You people are criminal to try to charge this much for such 'low rate' service. I would be happy to return your things but since I always push the button for 'already a customer' you cant bother with my call. My # , please feel free to call me I do answer my calls.

I called Windstream to set up service, I was told for the very basic cable(we had more channels with our antenna, my husband unhooked the tv the same day) telephone(who cares we both have cells) & internet (what I really wanted) the cost would be about $74.00 per month. The guy came out right on time, all went well, except as I said the cable took some of our good free channels & gave us crap channels. Then I receive the first bill & it says $95. but that is not what I was told it would be. Ive tried to call customer service but I didnt have enough time to wait( called CS 3x) then within the same week I get another bill for $191. I cant believe this. I dont need your service, if thats what you call it. I will pay the $74. I was quoted but that will be it. Thankx. Cindy Skov/660 west D st/Lincoln

Trying to reach someone about unauthorized debit on our account for 745.16 on September 21. For cobra retirees dependent that cancelled our insurance with them on August 13, effective August 30 th, wife turned 65, and we are taking Mutual of Omaha supplement insurance have talked to retiree dept. 13 times trying to get our refund, they give us one excuse after another... Now they won't return our calls it's been over a month now! Could you please give us a phone number or address to write to for help in this matter. Thank you

After verifying that we would be available for a service technician to come out and install high speed internet service for today 9/8/15 between the hours of 11:45 a.m and 3:45 p.m. we tried to reach a customer support staff member to find out when a technician would be here. At 3:15 pm we were told he was in our neighborhood (a town of 355 people) and we were next in line to be connected. We it is now 7:16 pm and when we checked the status of our service we got a message, yes a MESSAGE THAT WE WON'T BE CONNECTED UNTIL 9/9/2015. THIS IS THE WORST KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN AND IF IT WEREN'T FOR THE FACT THAT WINDSTREAM IS THE ONLY HIGH-SPEED INTERNET SERVICE OFFERED IN OUR LITTLE TOWN I WOULD CANCEL MY ORDER AND GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. I Have A Line That Is In My Back Yard And They Told Me It Belonged To Windstream I Need It Cut Off Or Taken Up We Cannot Drive Our Trucks In Cos They Are Hanging So Low My Address Is I Do Not Have A Windstream Account Any Longer Either. Thank You

We have had no phone or internet for a week, they keep giving us the run around saying some one will be there or there's an outage or they can't find our house. It seems like everything they tell us is a lie. If I had a choice of another phone company I'd dump windstream!

I'm on a grandfather plan from iowa telecom, then wind stream bought them out. Service is now gone. My problem is I can't prove I got extreme high speed from 6 years ago. They want me the same as my neighbors. Last time I called in they lowered my internet speed to match my neighbors. What do you do? They make you so mad that you want go over and ring their neck.
I now get crappy buffering speed for $10.00 cheaper than my neighbors.

I signed up with Windstream to reduce costs. But after signing up for an online special in which I was only supposed to be paying $49/mo my bill was over $100. My Installation was supposed to be free and the "EXTRA" charges would mean that my normal bill for each month would be over $70. WHAT happened to the $49/mo??? ALSO they had THE worst installation service I have ever seen with ANY company. After being told they couldn't hook up the high speed that I was paying for and they couldn't hook up the phone on the other end of the house where my office is I got a little frustrated. I called to find out what was going to be done, they told me they would give me a one time $25 deduction from my bill. The installers left the cable across the back yard for over a month and that was not removed or buried until after I cancelled the service 3 weeks later.
Summary, 2 weeks to get hooked up but not high speed as billed for. Cable left on lawn for over a month. Service Tech was put out when called on it several times. Billing was a joke and a MAJOR LIE.
Now they want me to pay for the modem that I've already sent back. You've got to be kidding me.

I was told my monthly bill would be around $66. My first bill was $195. I talked with a rep and she brought it down to $120 which was still double. She did say that after three months it would come down to $90+. Still almost 50% higher than the price quoted me. When I asked to speech with a superviser she told me they were short staffed and there was not one there. Why does a customer have to go to all this trouble? I guess you are hoping the customer will not call you on your mis-information about all the hidden costs. I will not be recommending Windstream to anyone and am already looking for a new provider.

I called on Friday and Tuesday because I have no phone service. No one has been here and no one has called! I am very disturb that I can not talk to a human being, either you get this fixed now or I am canceling we have been with windscreen for 40 years GET ON THE BALL!!

I found it difficult to contact Windstream feedback page. I am just wondering when Windstream is going to take care of business and stop treating their customers as victims. Your rates are absurd and your service is horrible......... but as you know when you have no other choice you suffer the consequences.

This company has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced or have ever heard about! We have been having trouble with our internet due to the company upgrading something. We called the "customer service" line a month ago and they told us it would be fixed soon. Now when we call back they tell us it will be till June. So when we ask if we will be getting a discount on our bill due to the fact we are not getting the service we are paying for the guy on the customer service line tells us we are paying less than if someone signed up now. I guess he thought I should be grateful that I am a long time customer. I see it a little different. I thought companies use to appreciate their customers. When I told him I felt this is wrong he then got upset with me and told me he was going to put a recommendation on our account that we NEVER get a discount for ANY reason because he was mad that we feel we should have a discounted rate to match our discounted service right now. WOW If thats WINDSTREAMS customer service I will have to say NO THANK YOU WINDSTREAM. When we called a month ago we did not ask for a discount, in fact we have never asked for one. I sure hope threatening and punishing customers who have a complaint about poor service is not a continued practice of WINDSTREAM

I work for a the Ok. Dept. of Trans. and needed help finding a phone number so that I could speak with someone about a telephone line in a ditch on our right of way. After going through the "press 1 for this, press 2 for this, press..." I got in touch with Jim Varieur who was extremely helpful. He was not who I needed to speak with but phone an email address for me and sent the email to the correct person and CC'd me as well. THANKS JIM! I got a response from the email he sent within 20 minutes, too.

my services. The lady with direct {Vivian} told I could bundle my services with windstream and reduce my monthly bill. I had blue streak with windstream but the lady assured me that I could get better service and reduce my monthly bill. I recently received my windstream bill and instead of 44.99 it was 82.30 with another 35.00 installation. I called windstream and talked with Nancy. She said she was sorry but that's what the would be but she could help with installation. I have been a customer with this number 918-968-2917 for 42 years. She gave no other help but said I should call direct. I requested my service be changed back to blue streak but she said I couldn't. I returned call to direct and talked to 3 people and on phone for 75 minutes. The last lady told me that was one time charge and I read her the charges. Finally, she said they made mistake because bundle was for first time customers. I have been a customer for 42 years and never late on payment and windstream wants new customers who may or may not pay their bill. We are on fixed income and this has caused my family to rearrange our budget. I would like for windstream to explain how you support your customers by driving up the price on paying customers. I understand there are options but I want to hear what windstream has to say. Please don't tell me how sorry you are.

Canceling service was a nightmare. I was transferred to four different service reps before I got one that finally and quickly responded. This took 40+ minutes. (I originally tried to cancel at the Windstream store where I signed up, but they could not help me and gave me another incorrect number to try.)
Although I had purchased a triple bundle, which all appear on the same bill, they insisted on giving me a separate number to cancel Dish.
The phone and internet haven't worked properly or dependably for months. Two thumbs down!

I am very disappointed with their response time to the wire Hanging over our driveway and laying in our yard since Monday night, it is now Thursday and we've had no response yet I continually get phone call saying they're on their way but they have yet to shown up yet My husband is unable to park is massive work vehicle in the driveway due to this wire hanging he has to park it elsewhere I am going in for surgery tomorrow and will be out of the home for the next 6 days and I'm completely stressed over this whole situation The lack of care on the customer service phone and their response time are Completely unacceptable to me

I was having trouble with my internet connection and have a netgear router. They were of NO HELP! :( I couldn't understand what they were saying. I called Windstream and spoke to a very determined and rockstar customer service rep. I think her name was Monica. THANK YOU!!!!! for helping me get reconnected. Awesome customer service!

Add me to the list of unsatisfied customers. My installation was a month ago and the wire is still running across my yard unburied. The local service wouldn't even knock on our door to talk to us when we needed them. Getting service through the call lines is next to impossible. I have lost count of promises broken by these people. I am already looking into other services after only a month with these people and I will take a money loss. Horrible experience.

My account managers completely ignore me. Even emails complaining about being ignored are ignored.

Windstream has the worst customer service for businesses I've ever seen. Once our contract is up we are definitely finding another service provider.

Windstreams service in all areas pretty much sucks. STAY AWAY - YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
