Really does get you to a live person. Did not have account so I couldn't go the regular route to resolve my problem.

I can't get customer service after 5 minutes pushing number it tells me to push it and after a couple times it says number pushed invalid it hangs up. Tried having Xbox call me back & It's a recording too says push 1 to talk to someone. & it keeps saying invalid & hangs up. I'm getting mad that I can't talk to anyone it's ridiculous that yo can't talk to a person & it keeps telling you that you pushed invalid number. Thank Michael Goodwin
Hi my xbox is ackting up. It says on xbox servise alerts that i have a glitch on my xbox but its not me its the IGN servise and they said there trying to fix it but i cant do anything. if i go to xbox home screem it logs me out...i cant go to my avatar...also i have to log in for everything and i cant play on xbox live and yet im loseing live gold because of it.
I needed assistance from Xbox support so I gave them my contact information to call back when a representative was available. After receiving a call back I was kept on hold for an additional 20 minutes. When I finally reached the representative to help assist with a Blu-ray issue. I was instructed to return the third-party Blu-ray Discs and just wait till the issue is resolved. There was no estimated time given on when it was going to be resolved. And I also wasted time and money renting the DVD and then having to return it because the representative had no other solution for me to just return the third-party DVD and keep checking back on the app.
I'm 55 yrs old and my son is 9. Bought him an Xbox One...2 months later and I still can't get it to work properly. Was on the phone with their rep "Troy" and was hung up on after one hour. Now it says the wait time is over 30 mins! Worst consumer purchase of my life. Seriously. Of my life! I will NEVER purchase another Microsoft product, ever. Guaranteed.
Tried the "chat with microsoft" and it sais estimated wait time for chat was less than 1 minute. Currently still waiting and it's been over 30 minutes. It won't let me cancel any subscriptions for anything because it says I need to update security info so I do, then it says I have to wait 30 days before I can access any billing or account info. THEN 30 days later it say the same thing about security info and I have to wait another 30 days. I keep getting charged $10/month for live and 10 more for music, this is beyond ridiculous.
This is not a review it is a complaint. firstly, It is impossible to actually fid where to go to register complaint and get a direct answer and secondly, I am disgusted with the false advertising for the Xbox 1. My son who is 17yrs old worked over two months to save the money to purchase an Xbox 1. He went to Tesco today with me and bought what was called a good deal as it was a bundle for nearly £400!!! Great deal we were told as it came with a game as well to play.. Destiny. What a con....My son gets it home spends two hours getting the box t update and then comes in very upset as he has found out he can not play the Destiny game unless he purchases the gold element. when we were shopping today the assistant asked us if we wanted the bundle with or without gold and did not state that the game he was given as part of his bundle would not work if he had not bought it. He a not afford the extra money for the gold so is now sitting here with an Xbox and new game he can not work. What a load of utter crap!!!!!!
Power Brick went out on my sons Xbox 360. Tried a couple days to find one at Gamestop and craigslist, etc. Finaly ordered on from Xbox. Waited 10 days and although I was billed nothing shipped. Found 1 at a Gamestop 40 miles away and tryed to canncel my order. Could not be done by me or their joke of a service rep. He asured me he could put a hold on it for 20 days and my money would be returned. Its day 19 and I just checked, guess what, its on its way. My son is 15. 3 more years and I will have nothing more to do with any microsoft product.
I removed x 2 credit cards (stopped recurring billing ) and they still hit my bank days later .. Called Xbox and after a hour she said it would disappear. when on the phone I noticed she was confusing accounts and cards. caught her in mistakes or BS.. she was nice but not very helpful. she patted herself for doing so well with her English class when I apologized for repeating myself. ????? well here i am with charges on my bank for something we havent touched for 6 months .. Really .. making the wife call now.. !!!
Ok I'm new to this whole xbox thing but I find it really stupid that in order me to watch nextflix I have to pay you to watch something I already pay for so please explains to me why I have to have Xbox live gold to watch nextflix when it's free to down load an I already have an account
1 month plus and still no resolution. We got one of the systems with the bad optical drive. We started the process Jan 5th. It took quite a while for the return box to reach us. (We could not do advanced exchange because they don’t support APO addresses). Once it did we returned the console in the box provided. It arrived on Feb 1st at the service center. Then it showed up as cancelled when I checked the status. Feb 4th, an agent escalated it for me. She assured me I would hear back in 4 business days tops. This is where the nightmare begins. I started calling customer support. Each time I called/chatted they assured me the team was on it and I would surely hear within 24 hours. I cannot tell you how many tears were shed over this. Finally on 2/23 (almost three full weeks after escalating and at least a dozen phone calls on my end) I received an email from the 'escalation team' that yes they have our console but because it had been more than 30 days the order was cancelled and they cannot repair without an active order. So they are going to open a new order and get started. This took three weeks to figure out!
