My power line was broken by Comed on April 16 2012, after this Comed put item at my backyard as temporary solution for this problem. Since this we regularly called to Comed and asked to fix the problem. On July 16 one of the supervisors promised that this problem will be fixed. BUT... Comed did not fix it. Today my wife called to Comed and was transferred to supervisor. She was waiting for supervisor answer more than 1 hour and she was disconnected after 1 hour of waiting. I made a call and was transferred to supervisor as well. I was waiting for respond more than 1 hour and was disconnected as well.
Is it nice? I am a regular client of Comed and pay my electrical bills in time. What we, regular customers, should do to change the style of running business bu Comed?
