I am the owner of two new (2014 ) Mitsubishi's . My outlander just with 5000 miles has a busted radiator. The dealership stated that it was a gravel that did the damage, however, there is absolutely no damage to the car itself (none). This must be the "magic" gravel. I have called and met with everyone that I possibly could for some answers, to why this is gonna cost me around 1000.00 dollars for a brand new car? No satisfaction at all. Called Mitsubishi headquarters and a "case" manager was assigned NO HELP total waste of my time. Oh by the way did I mention I have bought two new mitsubishis this year (awesome customer loyalty program)! Wanted to talk to someone else up the chain of command, but was told by a person (Lupe?) that the case reviewer was as far as it goes and there was no one else to talk to, as a decision was already made and it could not be reversed. And by the way a decision was made without even looking at the car, just form a pic sent by the local parts manager to the district parts manager, WOW. Just wanting to talk to someone that could help. Will tell everyone I know my experience with Glenn Mitsubishi and the customer service department at Mitsubishi itself, hope it educates folks as to how they treat their loyal customers!
