I am appalled at their customer service. No one can seem to tell me why they have not sent me my refund. I ordered service Feb 4, 2015, had it shut off on the Feb 5, 2015. Went back to them and had them to restore service on Feb 14, 2015. That means two checks were issued to Reliant, which one should have been sent back. NO ONE can tell me WHY I have not received my money. They told me three times that the check was in the mail. They told me that the check was voided, and again, applied to my account. I DID NOT ASK YOU TO APPLY ANY FUNDS TO MY ACCOUNT. I BEING THE CUSTOMER, ASKED FOR MY REFUND!!!!! They will not get another red cent from me...I can't wait until my bill is due. I will go with another Energy Company.
