I just purchased two tires from sales associate, Mr. William Vasas out of the Canton, MI, store for my 2009 Chevy Impala.  Previously, I purchased 4 tires for this same vehicle from Discount Tire in Canton, MI. I advised Mr. Vasas that I wanted the two new tires placed and to place the two new tires on the front of my vehicle and in turn he proceeded to badger me as to why did I want them placed in the rear since he highly recommended placement in the rear. He was rude to me and I can only assume it was because I did not agree with him which caused me to be stern with him. I was forced to remind him that I was the customer and to honor my wishes. I am not sure based on my interaction with this sales associate if I will ever return to Discount Tire or recommend this store for tire services to any of my family or friends in the future. Mr. Vasas needs to be retrained or at least reminded that the customers should be treated more respectfully and he should practice maintaining his professionalism when dealing with customers.  He tried to bully me and then belittle me in lobby of the store since he was the so called "tire expert" and I wasn't. I did not appreciate that. He also told me that I had only 10% tire life on the two tires I elected not to have replaced. To my dismay, the tire technician who actually installed my two new tires informed me that my two other tires had 40% to 50% life left on them. Not only was Mr. Vasas rude, but he was apparently dishonest as well.
