I attempted to call and could not get through to A customer representative from Macy's. INSTEAD I was BOMBARDED with a number of advertisements lasting more than 4-5 minutes that I was not interested in until I hung up the phone. This is simply insulting and represents a series of disappointing contacts (or lack there of) that have hampered my ability to obtain satisfaction regarding a credit card billing for a product I did not receive. I purchased Fashion Fair makeup over the phone from your State Store on October 6,2016. I paid for $28.62 for the product on my October Bill. On November 8th, I contacted State St Store customer service and spoke, at length with a Shirley, explained the problem gave her my name, date of purchase, cost of purchase, credit card number. She indicated that she would talk with "Anthony" who is in charge of Cosmetics, take care of it and call me back. To date December 6, 2016. I have not heard back. My check for the cost of the product has been cashed and accounted for in my November bill.
