Hello:



I had an upsetting event happen at one of your stores.
I waked in to return something and there was a very long line. I am disabled with a spinal condition. I had a cane. I saw am employee come to the registers. I explained I need help. ( I really became stuck and had to leave to my car to get a walker and leave the line do to my condition) she raised her voice and me and said, " I can't let you cut in line in front of all these people!" I truly need help and it wasn't out of her way to help me do to my disability. She was rude and cold. I told the manager after I was got to the front of the line. She was understanding and I asked from the employee to apologize to me. She repeated she can't let me cut! This girl is about 17 - 20 maybe. Does your store no have a policy to not help a person needing extra assistance? I promise I do not carry a cane to cut in lines. I became in a situation because I had no handicap parking as well. If this is not exceptable to corporate, please do something about this issue. I do know know her name but the manager knows. This happened yesterday.
