Snap Fitness in Hopkins, MN is TERRIBLE!! The worst customer service I have ever encountered!
First thing I work out on my lunch break 3-4 times a week. I tried working with owner (Jennifer) she stated I wasn't going enough to get my insurance credit... Not the case and I seen the same people at gym everyday that got their insurance credit. Doors are usually broken and don't scan your card correctly. Told her this issue, was never fixed and I never received credit for over a year or more. I dropped it because she was impossible to get a hold of her. Then gym was never cleaned, trash overflowing, no wipes or towels ever, no TP in restrooms, giant booger wall in changing room, urine and feces all over in bathrooms. Then there was a glitch in payments and I was locked out of gym for two weeks. Many phone calls and zero response. So I contacted corporate to get in gym I was paying for. The owner (Jennifer) emailed me stating My membership was cancelled effective immediately and I was to never come back to the Hopkins Snap. All because I mentioned something about the extreme dirtiness of the gym. I WOULD NOT recommend this gym to anyone!!! Save your money and go anywhere else! Great way to run a business...
